Very disappointing for both Stephon Curry (for me a mid-to-late 1st round draft pick this year; could go as high as the top ten) and our own Andrew Lovedale in his senior year! To be fair though, they really should've won the Southern Conference. Chattanooga prevailed (the Wildcats didn't even make the division final!) and are almost certain to go out in the first round after being ranked 16th and paired with UConn. When you look at overall records, the inclusion of Chattanooga is even more frustrating. Davidson had an overall record of 26-7 and probably the toughest schedule in their division. Charleston, who beat D'son in the semi, had a 26-8 overall record. Chattanooga? 18-16 (Tennessee blew them out by 39, USC by 27). That's not much above .500. But they won the playoffs so they get their chance to be humiliated by the Huskies!
