This is absurd political correctness, but I really am not surprised: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,296054,00.html Hopefully it'll be a good movie, but nevertheless my initial reaction to this was:  |

"Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity" ---- Lamest thing I've read in a while.
 Somewhere Sgt. Slaughter just broke a blood vessel. Thankfully, even though Joe is turning commie, we still have RAMBO to look up to. Click here for the official trailer. |

I agree. It looks like he's taking the exact same approach and attitude he did on the last Rocky film which is: "Get rid of the cartoon aspects. Get rid of the comic book aspects. Take everything back full circle and back to its origins and finish it off well." That John Rambo looks as hardcore and gritty as you could hope for. Having recently see the first Rambo film on Blu-Ray again after MANY years of having not seen that film, you realize just how way over the top and cartoonish part 2 and especially 3 were for the series. This John Rambo really looks like a return to what the first film was about except taken to the next level. I'm actually pretty stoked for it myself. |
