Posted Image Name: Carlito Height: 5 foot 10 Weight: 220 pounds From: The Caribbean Signature Move: Back Stabber Career Highlights: Intercontinental Champion; United States Champion; host of "Carlito's Cabana" WWE Debut: Nov. 2004 What the hell happened to Carlito? The same Carlito that was in the main-event of Survivor Series 2005...was in the main-event of New Year's Revolution (the last one pinned in the EC no less)...improved steadily and got much more entertaining in the ring along the way... In the summer, there was talk of an Edge vs. Carlito feud... So again, I say what happened? |

Jeff Hardy came back and bumped him from the IC chase, at which point WWE creative didn't know where to put him. Actually, same could be said for Benjamin being pushed aside when Nitro came to RAW. Torrie needs to cost him a match at some point, then maybe when get heel Carlito back. And maybe one day, back on Smackdown. Just seems like he's an afterthought though, considering neither show thinks they can give more than 8 people at any given time something to do. And seeing as how on RAW those 8 people are DX, Rated RKO, Cena, Umaga, Hardy, Nitro... Carlito gets to have nothing. Maybe that will change if/when The Hardyz return as a full time tag team, which they certainly need to on Smackdown. |

Another victim of horrible booking and complete misuse/abuse of talent is Carlito. I never have been a fan of the face turn and I sure as hell haven't been a fan of the well documented "be like the Rock" instructions he's been given backstage. I thought Shelton and he flipping sides at about the same time was senseless. Shelton's heel turn has gone nowhere and CCC's face turn has basically gone nowhere. I'd flip them both back and consider sending CCC or even both of them to SD right away. |

and you know what's horrible..... if you took all the wrestling ability in the highlanders, masters, most of the spirit squad, eugene...etc Add em all up, and they still wouldn't be half what benjamin and carlito are.... |

And what's even more sad is that if Raw would take one of the 8 DX segments off the show per week, and just let Shelton and Carlito go out and have 6-8 minute matches, they could get over based on their wrestling and make a program on their own... But we gotta have that extra DX segment.... |

Over the summer it simple, DX, Cena & Edge took over RAW. Carlito SHOULD go to SD! were they both need and could use him. Maybe ECW but he just dosen't fit that enviroment. |

Carlito is in a good place to grow on Raw...they just aren't doing anything to let him grow. Raw needs a mid-card more diverse than two guys. Nitro and Hardy can only go on for so long and in a way it's good that DX, Edge, Orton, Cena, and Umaga are the top dogs for now because it doesn't force Carlito to be in a situation he's not ready for... BUT, he's easily as charismatic as SD's Kennedy...and he's better in the ring than him. Carlito should just be getting pushed more than he is as a top upper mid-carder... |

Why the hell did they not continue hyping Carlito, I thought he performed so well in that elimination chamber at new years rev.As you said Chad, i also do belive they need to make him an upped mid card wreslter with the odd time bringing him into the main event!! |

Because he isn't part of DX and/or his name isn't John Cena. That's why. Hell, if they really wanted to get CCC over, we've been saying this for months: Make him the third DX member! ;) |

I've always pictured Jeff Hardy as a DX member. He just has that...'ness' to him. I could see him doing DX chops easily. |

Carlito reminds me of Ahmed Johnson in the sense he plowed through 2005 & most of 2006 but know hes just kind of there... |
