Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image Survivor Series 2006 Well, now that Summerslam is over, we're headed toward the next and last of the big four, Survivor Series. Surivor Series has been one of the most consistent events over the years, w/ 2001-2005 all being good PPVs that contended for PPV of the year. This year, the PPV scene has suffered from an influx of old timers and McMahons, so will Survivor Series maintain it's consitency or sink like most of the other PPVs have? CMV1's card: -Raw Elimination Match: WWE Champion Edge, Umaga, Johnny Nitro, and A Mystery Partner vs. John Cena, Carlito, Kane, and Ric Flair- If Edge wins, Cena can't get a title shot against him. I threw in the Mystery partner thing so Kane could turn on Cena and start a feud between them, thus getting Cena away from Edge. -Triple H vs. Randy Orton- This feud had been talked about...HBK needs surgery...Orton takes out HBK and feuds with Orton until early '07 w/ McMahon backing young Randal... -World Champion Booker T vs. Dave Batista in a steel cage match- I can't tell you foolish it would be for SD to jump the gun and put the title back on Batista. Even No Mercy is too soon, as King Booker is the hottest commodity on the blue brand. You put the title back on Batista and who does he face? Give it time...keep the chase...this is your money title match at Survivor Series... Okay...I'm blindly guessing from here on out... Here's the thread, though... |

Well, I picked this up on the net: Posted Image Not sure how real it is, because I have a hard time seeing this happening. But...damn...it looks real. I know it has been a rumor for a while. Can anyone confirm this? |

I don't know guys...I've heard a lot of rumors about this...Rumors of Kevin Nash wanting to come back to the WWE add fuel to the fire... Hmmm... Don't be too quick to toss it away as rubbish...That poster is ALL over the net... |

Am I the only one hoping for another interbrand Survivor Series Elimination match again? I could see this happening for that match. Team Raw: Kane, Carlito, Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy Team Smackdown: Chris Benoit, Bobby Lashley, Finlay, Undertaker Team ECW: Tommy Dreamer, The Sandman, CM Punk, Sabu WWE Championship: Edge vs. John Cena © World Championship: Batista © vs. King Booker ECW Championship: Big Show © vs. RVD DX vs. NWO (I just don't know if this will happen...but never say never with Vince McMahon) I am sure you can throw in a women's title match and even a US title match or even an Intercontinental title match... |

That poster makes me want to mark out on sight. But seriously: Can Nash even MOVE at this point? C'mon... Chad's right about that kind of talk. I guess Nash would rejoin his Clique buddies either in DX...or against them. Nash, HBK, and HHH altogether at the same time could make for some hilarity, to be sure. |

Actually it would be an ugly ass match. Nash can barely walk and Hall isn't exactly Mr. Athletic anymore himself. |

guys, it's fake....i could make one right now.... In fact, did no one realize on the first poster, that survivor series log is the old one that hasn't been used in two years. The second is nothing more than old pics of both groups painted black.... |

I realize it's fake, but it's good for conversation and think about the hype Survivor Series is already receiving because of these fake posters that are out all over the internet. |

Well, it's not illogical to think they'd try and bring in the NWO for just one night only at Survivor Series... Why not? DX vs. NWO is something everyone wanted to see back in the day...I'd still mark out for it... |

http://www.lordsofpain.net/news/2006_/arti.../1157783652.php http://www.lordsofpain.net/news/2006_/arti.../1157816103.php Rumors have heated up. Nash, Hall, and X-Pac are all available. I'd start saying there's a decent chance some kind of DX/NWO thing is going to happen at some point. You're halfway home if it's even being mentioned backstage like reports are starting to clearly indicate. Even if it's a one shot deal, that's a must watch PPV immediately if this happens. I'll certainly be watching that! |

Sean Waltman - AKA: X-Pac .... Current Rumor: HE WILL INTERFERE IN THE HELL IN THE CELL MATCH BETWEEN DX vs McMAHON'S & BIG SHOW.... This COULD set the stage for nWo VS DX at Survior Series..... Vince could bring back the nWo to the WWE to take out DX at Survior Series, and X-Pac can be the 1st, NOT NASH OR SCOTT HALL!!!!! Picture this if you will..... Week One, X-Pac in an nWo Shirt..... He ATTACKS/TURNS on HBK or HHH at the PPV and takes em out - of course this would be after the match! Picture X-Pac ripping off a DX Shirt to be wearing nWo Colors underneath.. the Crowd would EXPLODE at this! Week Two: Big Show - HE WAS AN nWo Member back in the day, or anyone else on the current WWE Roster who was in the nWo back in the day joins X-Pac and turns on DX!. Again, we do this to add to the shock value..... Week Three: Bring in Nash as an ADVISOR to the group.... (Maybe even reversing Week (2 & 3 Prediction's) Leave Scott Hall out of it, and Leave Nash on the side of the ring.. Just his presence would put this over the top - He does not need to wrestle inthe match! Week Four: Bring in Edge or a current WWE Superstar as the FINAL SHOCK VALUE...... Remember when we all flipped when Hogan came out at Bash at the Beach and teamed with Hall 7 nash - Imagine what would happen if EDGE DID THIS... Or better Yet...... JOHN CENA TURNS HEAL AND JOINS THE nWo! This could be FREAKING HUGE!!!! :fu:  :count:  :ko: :yay: :cruise: :speechless: |

Pretty good scenario. Imagining Cena turning heel and leading a new nWo could really be huge, if done right, especially with a McMahon and Big Show alliance of sorts going on. Suddenly you have something that transcends all the shows and you can go anywhere you want with it. Good stuff! |
