WELCOME TO FANTASY HOCKEY! Toronto Maple Leafs 0 (John) VS Colorado Avalanche 5 (Ry) The Colorado Avalanche beat the Toronto Maple Leafs by the final score of 5 to 0. The first period was all about the Avalanche. They managed to get 3 goals and even hit the post once. The second period was actually controlled by Toronto. They managed to get lots of shots but couldnt get anything past Miller. The Avalanche got a fair amount of shots, managing to get one past Toskala. The third period was exactly the same. It was mainly controlled by Toronto but they coundnt get anything past Miller. I know it seems like the Avalanche just dominated but they actually didnt. Ryan Miller saved the game for them by not letting any shots past him. 3 stars of the game were 1. Joe Sakic of Colorado 2. Paul Stastny of Colorado 3. This was a very close game that was controlled by both teams. The first period was back and forth but only the Rangers managed to get a goal. The second period was very slow with few shots. No teams scored in the second. The third period was do or die for San Jose. They put the pressure on early trying to tie it up. Johnathan Cheechoo managed to tie it up within the first 5 minutes of the period. The score was tied after 3 meaning this game needed Overtime. The Sharks were getting most of the shots in the Over time period. But Henrick Lundqvist wouldnt allow anything by him. No teams scored in the overtime so the game needed a shoot out. The shoot out winner was scored by Markus Naslund. (Keep in mind shoot out goals do not count as actual goals) 3 stars of the game were 1. Markus Nasland of New York 2. Haha moore dont even try it buddy. There is many reasons why Pat Kane is on 2 different lines. Well the team could of been in the middle of a line change... They could of been on the power play.. They could of been on the penalty kill..Dont look for flaws buddy..I clearly have the game.. |

Canucks off to a great start, defeating Devils 1-0![]() The Vancouver Canucks on the first TC2 Ice Hockey Match Day defeated their rivals, The New Jersey Devils 1-0 in the penalty shootout. " Our Goalie, Robert Luongo did excellent.. Also, our shootout scorer, Mattias Ohlund did aswell! Better Yet, the whole team put in a magnificent effort. Looks like these lines may stay for a while.. " The Canucks' GM, Chris Moore, also mentioned once in his speech how he'd like to face the Canadian Legends.. The Toronto Maple Leafs. "Toronto.. We're coming to face you guys. Not next week, or the week after. We'll get there eventually. We'll prove we're the best in the world. We're going to be in the top 8, and Vancouver Canucks are going to take home the gold.. We're currently in the #3 slot, and we won't get any lower. God Bless our goalie--He played an excellent game. " |
