Why not give the GDI the ability to make the EMP building? An EMP burst is a good defensive against air attacks (which GDI currently aren't great at defending against) and they also don't have anything like the toys that Scrin have (Mothership, Atmospheric Manipulator). |

Hey I know the EMP is a real hassle for the Orcas, but if you get it to work why not attach it the EMP building as an upgrade? This way the orcas don't have the ability until the building has been bought and the upgrade paid for as well. I thought it would be good to say now before you did a lot of work adding the ability to another structure. |

If this is something under consideration, the GDI OrbitalshieldCC building (found in worldbuilder under GDI/Structure) is a nice looking building that could look like an EMP structure. |
