I just did a test with the beam cannons in a game and they do eno9ugh damage but are almost an obsolete unit because tanks can tear up defenses so easily anyway. If defenses were tougher then long range weapons would come into play a lot more forcing players to build more varied armies to tackle defenses, air units, infantry and of course head-on tank battles. I would like to use beam cannons and Juggernauts more but they are not really necessary because a tank army can do it all. However if defenses had a higher rate of fire and more HP then you would have to use long range weapons to open up a base. If that was the case the Scrin right now have a big advantage with long range weapons because the Devastator Warship can move across the battlefield so easily because it's an air unit and is able to easily evade all anti-air units except aircraft. Therefore, if long range weapons were to become a bigger feature in the game the Nod and GDI long range weapons should be given their own upgrades to bring them in line with the Scrin. Nod Beam cannons could have their range increased and could also be stealthed just like stealth tanks so that they aren't so vulnerable when they move around. They de-cloak when they fire. GDI Juggernauts could be allowed to garrison one infantry unit and have commandos and snipers spot for them for long range strikes (not whole width of map but instead 4x standard range). Spotting units do nt get revealed after they spot. On a different note, it would be nice if infantry could heal by standing near their barracks. P.S Is it possible to stop the conyard from being sold? Kinda sucks when you play a game for 45 mins and then just as you roll into the enemies base they just sell everything to rob you of the moment that you have been working so hard for. Sure you still win but you want to be able to actually destroy an enemy not watch him sell real estate!

Hi, I did make the Juggernauts have one garrison slot but the unit does not seem to work properly. E.g. When the Juggernaut has a unit in it: 1. Takes longer to shoot or does not at all. 2. Maybe after moving it closer to the target it shoots. Not sure why. The stealth on the beam cannons is a good idea. Maybe a spotting beacon for the Juggernauts. I agree with the Barracks healing unit. On the note of healing, maybe a Medic for GDI and Hand of NOD can heal for NOD It is possible to stop the conyard from being sold. O, I have increased the HP on the defence weapons by 25%. Desecrator |

You mean the juggernaut takes longer to shoot or the garrisoned unit does? I know I saw a juggernaut in another mod that got it to work but I can't remember which one. If it helps to look at another mod I'll go back and look and try to find out which one it was.
How would that work? |

The Juggernauts take longer to shoot.
Like the Orca sensor pod. Place it on the ground then the Juggernauts can bombard in the radius. Just like the Shadow team beacon for the Specters. O, i do have another idea for the wormhole. Just want to test it first before saying. |

OK I see, but which unit deploys it? Commando? Another idea; give Orcas an EMP burst upgrade like the NoD buggies have. This way they have some kind of air defense. GDI are still have the weakest air force because Scrin and GDI can produce unlimited air units. Therefore GDI's units should be fewer but more powerful IMO. Orcas firing off EMP bursts amongst a swarm of venoms would even up the odds a little! It would also make it interesting if orcas could fly into an enemy base fire off the EMP and then attack a building and get out again. Here's a screenshot just to prove how venoms can get out of control! ![]() EDIT: By the way I want to point out that I'm a Nod player but still want to see GDI beefed up
