If you want to do this in PS just round up the opacitys to the nearest whole number (EG, 12.9=13) Plasma steps. Step 1 just do a regular clouds layer. then duplicate that layer and gaussian blur it. Oilify steps. just use Spatter. Also I messed up on some parts there are a few parts I messed up on. Step 5. Set the layer to color at 12.9 Opacity and on step 6. you have to merge the three layers (Left, middle one and the right) into one layer |
