I'll take the Steelers, the fact that this is Bettis's last game in his own home town reeks of something special. Plus, I never have thought much of the Seahawks throughout this year.......

I'm applying Rush Limbaugh's theory to this game. He says the team that gets off their plane with the most camcorders will lose. I'm not talking about media covering them. I'm talking about the players, themselves, videotaping the event. It shows that they're in a vacation- tourist mode. not serious about why they're there.

The Seahawks arrived in Detroit on Sunday afternoon. The Steelers are not scheduled to make the short trip from Pittsburgh until Monday. The Seahawks may have had much farther to travel but at least they did it, as always, in style, settling into their plane provided by team owner and Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen that has all first-class seats and monitors with satellite television and movies.

"Everybody pretty much just got in their first-class seats and fell asleep," Alexander said.

The one difference from a regular season trip, Alexander said, was that players brought along camcorders on the plane to begin chronicling their Super Bowl week. It is the first Super Bowl appearance in franchise history, but Holmgren said he found his players to be relatively loose and relaxed.

if you're watching the Super Bowl here in the Twin Cities, keep an eye out for a promo spot for KSTP - TV 5 Eyewitness News. Yours Truly may make an appearance. The promo photog said 'look busy and when I count to 3- look up'. So, we'll see if I make the cut.

You pimping Limbaugh aside, I'll be sure to tape the game since I'll be at work.
