A Meadow in the Valley By A Friend of Mine I DIDN'T WRITE THIS MYSELF Flowing waves of grass Sunshine Streaming Down In Golden Waves Stream winding through A Meadow in the Valley Children Laughing Loud Running through the Rocks Parents watching Protectively All for Joy A Meadow in the valley People gathering Precariously For an Execution Seven Deadly Sinners Mulling over Murder A Meadow in the Valley Funeral for Family Mostly for the Murdered Many are Mourning Past and Present A Meadow in the Valley Crying with Crystal Daughter of Dawn Lost her Loved With the Wind A Meadow in the Valley Rewind and Rejoice All those Sad For they are Free With the Children in A Meadow in the Valley The Children in the Valley Gather Around the New Those who were Killed And those who were not A Meadow in the Valley When the Feast Begins They look down Upon the Alive And Wonder when they will come To A Meadow in the Valley But to all who are wondering You will eventually die Will you be with the Murderers? Or with the Children in A Meadow in the Valley.
