*.... <.<.....>.>... I LI~VE!!
XD I finally read up on everything. Thanks for keeping me-sa alive.... I was hoping I wouldn't come back to find that Itagura just killed me for the heck of it or something XD. MY 100TH POST! HECK YEAH!* Nozomi was crouched next to Itagura. Her furry ears quirked in concentration, listening to all sounds. She had to be on her guard. She HAD to. If this... thing was as hard to defeat as the flying dude was insisting, then she couldnt' afford to lose sight of the goal for a moment. It could mean the difference between life and death at this point. Her chestnut eyes scanned the wooded area and Nozomi stilled her hyperactive tail. The wind picked up and her long brown and pink tresses licked her face; Nozomi felt chilled by her lack of sleeves. But that was the least of her worries by that point. New scents hit her nose. The same from before, but much closer. More real. More dangerous. Swallowing a breath caught in her throat, Nozomi looked up at Itagura. "So, what do we now?" she asked in a hushed tone. She wasn't about to take the risk of being ambushed just because she decided NOW of all times to be loud. |

*Wow, well now, this is a new and welcome turn of events!* Kila crouched low in the brush, far enough away from the field to be safe, yet close enough to witness every drop of blood... Bachi inhaled deeply on her shoulder, his system was cleansing and invigorating itself, he would be awake soon. Poking the ground in speculation, Kila allowed for her misty eyes to roam, allowing her to catch sight of the winged man from before. She tensed in apprehension, he wasn't part of the plan, he could very well ruin it for her. She sucked in a few deep and fervent breaths, this man could spell death for her. "Bachi, what should I do...?" She murmured into the ferret's musky fur. She made a move to confront the man, he wasn't going to cost her her life, she'd have to make sure of it. |

*My turn again, I guess* Kage sneezed and looked over at the brush at the egde of the field. "Someone's talking about me, possibly hostile. Maybe I should check it out." He lept from his spotby the tree up to the one closest to whoever was located in the brush, ending up directly behind the girl with the ferret. "Hmm, interesting. Why is she hiding?" Jumping down from his perch, he walked over to the girl and sat down quietly beside her. "psst...why are you hiding?" *I have become bored yet again, so let the next person continue.* |

Itagura glanced down to Nozomi once her words reached her ears and broke her thoughts on how this battle would turn out - fighting someone on the same level as her. "Just give it some time, you'll know soon enough." She answered in her normal cool tone, her tail swished once and then laid still. Her eyes rested on the young canine girl for a few moments longer, she wondered just how this would turn out for her. She wondered how she would defend herself. To Itagura, even though she had potential for a mercenary life she still felt she was... inexperienced. With this – that gave off its power through even its own scent – would Nozomi be alright going into combat with it? She looked back up ahead, pondering it just a bit more but then supposed if the help was really necessary she would help her as much as she could. Also, fighting something that was stronger then yourself could make you stronger in a way. She would get a head start in training. Her ears twitched and she turned her head slightly to the side to see out of the corner of her eye that Kage had left their company, she didn't think to much about it however. Though he had left her sights she could still feel he was still in the area. She also began to think about him, his reason for being here. What was his purpose to try and give her advice and provide assistance? She was far from considering him an ally so quickly. *I'm still very happy this is starting to get life again, but if its gonna stay that way... RAIOKU needs to post!!! We need some major action quickly!!* |

*Indeed. She's not much of a RPer, but she put herself into this one and now we need her to go "Grr" or something. XD* Nozomi heard Itagura's words, but could not process them. How was she to know what the heck to do? The most she had ever gotten into was a gang fight... with HUMANS! And she still had a couple of scars from that one. Nozomi could not comprehend how she was supposed to take down, or at least assist in taking down, some animalistic beast. The thought of all of those bodies hit her in a wave. First wave: fear. In her mind, her own body was replaced by those. Bloody. Scarred. Dead. The image was brushed off quickly. Second wave: anger. All of those people... lifeless. What of their families--their friends? All of those that were left behind. She knew what was like to be left behind; how could she not be enraged by someone who did that to others? Nozomi felt her fists clench and unclench, her teeth grinding against each other. She had a chance to prevent any more of this. She was going to take it. Balancing on the balls of her feet, Nozomi contemplated whether she should just attack now. After all, she used her senses enough to be able to track it. Hopefully. The image flashed through her mind again. Her heart had decided. With a determined fire, Nozomi pushed herself off the ground, out of the bushes and sprinted into the open. |

*Well...I'm going to post...we FINALLY have all the members active again...except SAKURA...XP...you people who school with her...get on her about that...XD* As Koneko closed the gap between her and her attackers, an alarm bell went off in her head. One of them had started sprinted forward to take her head on. There were two reasons that this being reacted this way. They were either very inexperienced or very strong. Out of sheer habit, Koneko reached for her silver ribbons of steel. 'No...I can't do that now...I just need to get to the person in charge and lay out my case. My current abilities will be hindered...I still have the cuts on my hands...I'll have to avoid any sort of encounter that'll last more than a second." As she continued pelting forward, Koneko used her knee as a rotation point. Twisting around it the joint was both painful and effective. She was avoiding the encounter with the being that had acted so headstrong, as she knew nothing about that opponent. She slowed to almost standstill. The clearing was in view...but what to do now that she was here? Move forward immediately? Or hide and wait? She debated with herself, for her actions mattered. They had to fully reflect her choice. Koneko nodded slightly. She chose to move forward. And with that, she walked slowly and confidently into the clearing. |

Kila clutched her chest, fighting down an anxiety attack that the sudden whisper had caused. She opened her mouth to answer the man with wings but her breath escaped in short, fervent blasts. Her heart thudded in all kinds of directions, their beats growing further entangled and confused as the organ began to fluxuate between skipping, slowing down, speeding up, and sometimes stopping completely. *Kila Note: Yes, this is EXACTLY what my Anxiety attacks feel like.* She doubled over and stuck her head between her knees, trying to fight away the horrid fainting feeling that came of these attacks. "I...I can't....fight..." She gasped, Bachi stirred on her shoulder and opened his small black eyes. I sleep for thirty minutes...and wake up to find you like THIS. He hissed in her mind. "Bachi...!" She gasped in joy and her heart gave a painful thud. Get over yourself, He scolded, These attacks are no more then figmants of your imagination, the enemy is on the move, we WILL fight soon. Kila nodded and drew herself up, trying to take steady breaths, "Who....ARE you?" She demanded, facing the winged man aggressively. *WOOT! I'll get on Sakura soon enough* |

*Yeah!! The RP is coming alive more! How happy ^_^, yeah! 'Throws Dance Party' ok, now on with it!!* Yume waited impatently. She had an itch to fight, but she new from experiance that going into battle without knowing everything about your opponant was a stupid idea. She listened, and sniffed. The sent of their opponant coming closer. Suddenly something didn't seem right. She watched as Nozomi ran past her. "Nozomi what are you thinking?!" Yume scolding like a mother. With instant reaction Yume ran after the small dog girl. "You can't just run in like this!" she screamed trying to grab Nozomi's arm, trying to stop the stupid dog girl from killing herself. The presence of their 'target' was getting closer and closer, the smell of blood a death filling her senses. What was she to do if Nozomi was to attack without thought? Was she putting herself in more danger then she needed to? At this point she didn't care, she couldn't let an innocent girl like Nozomi get hurt, she just couldn't. |

Itagura still had her mind on the winged man, still wondering what his motive was. Though he seemed like he was trying to be an ally, she was still unwilling to accept that. What if he was on the target's side? Before she could think more about that, she turned her attention quickly to see Nozomi run off. She tensed, gritting her teeth from the dog girl's action. This was her second time doing that... If she would live the life of a mercenary with her, that was a habit that needed to be broken. "Damnit.." She growled under her breath from frustration. "I need to be more careful with what I say..." She was prepared to go after her, and pull her back to her position again, but hesitated... Upon noticing another figure chase after her. Yume... More fustration. At this rate, they could get seriously wounded or die. She was more concerned about Nozomi then Yume; Yume seemed like she knew what she was doing. "Stupid girl.." she muttered and stayed put. She would have to learn that rushing into things may have worked on the streets but not here. |

*Wow, Zomi-chan ish stupid according to majority rule!
XD And take no offense to this, Neko-chan!* Nozomi stopped and whipped at the sound of her name. Her chestnut orbs watched Yume run after her, reaching for her. She wrenched away. "What am I supposed to do? Wait for it to come and get us? Allow the possiblity that whatever the heck it is could escape and we never find it?!" she roared. "The people who died because of it deserve better than that!" Her fluffy ears heard two things at once. For one, Nozomi thought she could hear Itagura call her stupid. The thought was immediately dismissed as she heard the second sound. Her animalistic instincts took hold and she was alert. Slowly, Nozomi looked behind her towards the clearing's edge. Her chestnut eyes widened. A female neko moved into the clearing. Nozomi's senses went into overdrive. This was it. This was the cause. Nozomi bolted forward and leapt at it, fist clenched and ready. As she was in air, the beast pivoted and dodged out of the way. Unable to control her body in air like the neko could, Nozomi fell and skid across the ground. Rolling to her side, she propped herself upright. The thing had stopped and moved to the center of the clearing. Nozomi watched with speculating eyes. The neko had not moved; on contrary, it's eyes were sweeping, looking for her comrades. Her posture was confident. Solid. What the heck was going on?! |

*My first post had to be edited since Tenshi posted crucial stuff whilst I was typing the original up...XD but anyways, here we go~* Koneko froze into place. She had to do this quickly now that she was forced into the open. But like all animal-like creatures, she had just been backed into a corner and her instincts were in full swing. 'Do not kill. Remember that.' Koneko thought quickly as she swept her gaze across the clearing. The primal and winged-man from earlier were here. Along with a female teenager. With the renown ferret on her shoulder. Koneko's calves flexed and she launched herself across the clearing. It was a bad move, she knew this. If anyone here was trained in combat, they would see this as a means to chop the head off of the beast. But it was rather the opposite. It was to attempt to save both Koneko and this younger teenager, rather than have the lives of one or the other ended. *I would finish, but I think I should give other people time to react...I just hope no one tries to kill me before I can accomplish my goals* |

*Before I reply I would like to say this HAPPY HOLLOWEEN!!!! I got to wander the cemetary tonight
it was so much fun. Well on with the RPG*When Yume was about to anser the primals quiestion she was stopped. Another sense struck her. The one they were after. She was preocupied to even move and make the first move by the primal, then suddenly Nozomi moved. She was in attack mode. She didn't understand that the ones this 'target' killed deserved what they got. They had done so much evil before their death. She watched carefuly, watching the target. She was good and could dogde even the best of moves, then she started running across the clearing, a bold move. Reacting instantly she ran to block the 'target' from doing anything too stupid. It's not like Yume wanted her dead. She was more interested in strengthening herself, and finding out more about this creature. 'This is going to be a fun 'game' and a great work out.' the cat vamp thought. Her speed increased a bit, she didn't want to miss the 'target' after all. *OK, next please ^_^, and remember have fun ^_^. Ok i'm full of energy so ya. Till next time, and luvs.* |

Itagura kept her eyes on the two figures, and still had not made a move to retrive either back to their positions to wait like they should be. She was still very frustrated with the whole mess up and almost considered going after them seeing as they had already messed up the formation it probably wouldn't have mattered. She sighed taking several steps towards where they were but suddenly stopped, her tail straight out while her all of her tenses seemed to shiver all at once as she sensed something approaching. She could she her, the one they were after. Her eyes widen a bit as she watched the running figure and then Nozomi attempts to stop her. "What is she doing? Rushing in like that..." The panther woman muttered under her breath, sounding irritated but then one could pick out that vague sense of concern under it. She then saw Yume make try her hand too.. With that she ran forwards but stopped again to watch, she couldn’t jump in just yet; she had to see what would happen first. |

*well...I shall post before it gets out of hand* As Koneko bolted across the clearing, the greens and browns of the undergrowth swirled together in a collage of color. Like smeared paint with the only difference being that the paint would soon become undistorted. Koneko stopped with abruptness that sent a jarring resonance up her legs. With the momentum from her run, Koneko fell to one knee and twisted her sheathed swords from their clips. She then raised them above her bowed head. Once her movements had ceased, Koneko recited carefully articulated words. "I would like the make you an offer, my assassin from the north." |

Yume stopped all at once. She watched as their target bowed on her knees. The cat vamp didn't understand then she heard the girl talk. "I would like the make you an offer, my assassin from the north." she said. Yume's eyes went wide, what was this girl talking about? Was this 'target' actually an assassin, or was she a monster? *OK I really don't know what else to say, so it's a short reply and just something to say... BYE ^_^* |
