A soft yawn drifted in the crisp cool air, eventually disappearing as if it never existed as soft shades of orange started to appear behind the short buildings of the town, the signals of a slow rising sun. Such lovely colors; how anyone could still be asleep to not witness such beauty was anyone痴 guess. Even the clouds seemed to love those hues so much that looked as if they tried to block the light and keep it all for themselves. But the sun forgives the clouds, and continues to brighten the tired town.
Itagura leaned back on the old wooden bench a soft sigh emitting from her as she her breath showed up in the air as a thin white cloud and slowly faded away. Despite such a chilly morning the female primal seemed unfazed by it, she sat still while she ran the fingers of her gloved hands through that dark and untamed mess she called hair while those dark emerald eyes started blankly ahead as if waiting for something while those pointed panther ears remained perked forwards. An uncaring yet calm look on her face while she closed her eyes slowly.

滴ow boring came a rock solid and cool voice, showing no real feeling behind it. She found it boring that there weren稚 any people out, even though she could care less about people.

But she found nothing of any kind of interest. Nothing to watch.

Her pointed panther eyes folded back as her tail hung over her edge of the bench twitching every now and again and swaying from side to side as closed her eyes and crossed her arms. She hopped someone would come out soon.. She hated being somewhere without nothing to do with herself.

*you're lucky I ge my best ideas when I'm up late*

The morning sky is one of the most beautiful sights to see in your life. When the sun is first rising in the pale blue sky and hits the clouds just right can take most people's breath away. But not Kage. For him, this is just like any other normal day.

'Man, if only I could see this from my village one more time. Watching it from the ground is really dull.' He sighed and stood up on his thick tree branch on te edge of the forest beside a small town. He extended his 14 1/2 foot black wings and took off into the sunrise.

'Jeez, flying used to be the greatest thing in the world. But now even that's losing it's charm.' He landed on an old building near the center of town behind an even older looking wooden bench. As he looked up across the town, he only saw a few people out. 'I guess no one gets up this early.' He looks down and spots a young girl yawning on the bench. 'Gotta take back that last comment now. Guess I should fly off because I cause a riot or somehting.'

He stood back up again and took off over the town. He glided for a few moments before stopping on a building across the street, thoroughly exhausted. 'Ah man, there's no wind to glide on, and flying with no wind takes a lot out of an angel.' He sat down on the egde and looked around for a stray gust. Not a thing moved. 'Darn, I have to wait until a gust finds it's way here for me.'

So he crossed his legs and began to wait for a calm breeze to make it's way over to town.

*I'm stuck here, so next person come up and post.*

The way the primal girl sat, she looked almost statue like, stiff as she continued to stare off in the distance while that tail of her hers was the only thing that really moved. Still that simple twitch everynow and again. Her eyes looked towards the sky, but she felt nothing for it, she sees it all the time. Being a traveler and all, this kind of site was common for her.

Itagura still didn't move, even when a few people left their homes, but they were not of her interest and therefore didn't even deserve a glance. She needed something interesting to come around. Her ears twitched, hearing the sound of wings flapping; they sounded like a bird's wings for a moment but after thinking a bit longer she could tell that was no normal bird. And felt something closer then she would like.

She turned her head in time to notice a person - the owner of those wings fly off a bit and followed him with her eyes. She tilted her head to the side just a bit, her tail gave one big flick of her tail as she continued to watch but didn't move.

"That's very interesting.." She said to herself, perking a bit as she sat up slightly and her ears faced in the direction of that strange person. "Now what could he be?" she questioned as she didn't get any kind of scent that would tell her what he was. Slowly a smirk began to stitch it's way on her lips.

That was something interesting.

Kage sat cross-legged on the egde of the building for severa minutes before he grew very bored. 'When is that wind gonna get here...' He sighed and twirled his thumbs. 'Maybe I can practice a few spells' He reached into a bag on his side and pulled out a very old and heavy-looking book. 'Now then, let's see.' He opened the book and began to flip the pages. 'Here it is. Page 1846: small fireworks.' He read the spell and placed his left hand ou in front of him. "bakuhatsu shimasu!" His palm glowed a dark red as a small pop sounded and the air around his hand made a small explosion. 'Alright I got that down.'

Kage suddenly stiffened and looked around. 'There's someone watching me, I can feel it.' He looked downward and spotted that same girl from before, staring at him with a kind of bored interest (it's hard to explain, but you should get my point). 'Why is she looking at me like that?'

Magic as well? Oh, how interesting this one was indeed, but usually she would never try and start up a conversation with anyone. But there was something about this person. He wasn't human, she already could tell and he wasn't any other race she had met before or any kind of demon. Whatever he was, she couldn't figure it out.

Eventually, her curiosity which she usually had on a tight leash was cut free. She stood up from the bench, taking steady steps to that building Kage sat on, her boots echoing on the hard ground beneath her. She still had that look planted on her face, her interest still rising. She stopped after a few steps, Kage still clear in her sights. And pointed to that book he had, knowing he got his spells from that.

"Do something else." She said, rather bluntly. "What else is in there?"

*my turn again*

Kage stared at the girl who had finally gotten up and spoken to her. 'Who does she think she is, ordering me like that!?' He stared at her long and hard, but she didn't bugde. 'Oy, maybe if I try to scare her, she'll run away.' He opened his book to the middle and read the spell. '空の獣、私は命じるのとどろき!' (My translator is acting funny, so it may come out like this...)

All at once the wind began to blow at an alarming rate. It swirled all around Kage and then suddenly. Seconds later, a dragonic roar could be heard throughout the town. 'Hah, let's see how this shakes her.'

*Next person, I'll update after them in the waking hours. Until then, don't stay up too late people...*

*YES!!! A HIGH-QUALITY RPG!! I've been stuck rping with noobs! Okay, let's see here...hm... BTW, Red-chan? You're a great writer! ^.^*

Though the sun had risen up from dawn, it still glittered in all its morning glory. The clouds hung gently around it, serenading it with protection from the wind. Nozomi herself had watch the sun risen from the tree tops. She began to make her way through a park. All was normal; all was dull. It was another gray moment in her life. That is, until the winds of change blew in. Literally.

Abruptly, the wind picked up, swirling fiercely. Nozomi had to hold onto her hat, lest it blown away. A dragonic roar reached her ears. "What the heck...?" she cried out through the storming winds. Then, just as it had come, the winds ceased. And all was silent. Standing to her full height, she looked around for the source. In the distance, she could vaguely make out two figures. One with a tail and one with wings. She looked down at her own tail; it shook back and forth playfully. Then her gaze rested upon the two again. 'Could it be... people like me?' she thought. Without a moment's hesitation, Nozomi began to run towards them.

*Oh, why thank you. Really, i'm just pushing myself a bit to get most of this out*

Though the primal didn't know too much about magic, she didn't find this one two impressive. She expected a bit more, was this magic just to try to intimidate a foe or did it have another reason? Either way, it didn't excite her nor intimidate. She placed her hands on her hips and looked downwards, so to block the wind from getting in her face, so only her hair blew about -which settled afterwards.

"Hmph," was the only real sound she made when she slowly looked back up to the winged-boy, her dull green eyes locked on him once more while her tail swayed slowly side to side. "I was expecting just a bit more.. But if that's all you have.." she cut her sentence short and finished it with a shrug; she was sure he knew what she meant.

Also, she couldn't actually finish that sentence because she felt the presence of another being, different just like the person on the roof-top. So for once in her life, a wish did come try. However, at the same time she was beginning to feel like her old self and wanted to get out of sight.

*my turn again, I guess*

Kage watched the girl shrug off his spell and look at him with a disappointed look. 'Huh, guess that won't do it. I'll have to try something else.' He stopped and looked around suddenly. 'Hmm, someone else is here. It's not human either.' Kage turned his head and looked in the direction of the disturbance. He saw a young girl who seemed to be running at them. 'Hmm, I wonder what she wants from us.'

As she approached the two, Nozomi could sense their abrupt stillness (I dunno how else to puts it XD). A pang hit her heart. 'Oh no,' she thought desperately. 'Please don't run away from me, too!'

Nozomi picked up her speed and ended up next to the female with the tail. The winged one sat perched above her. She flashed them both a bright smile. "Um... hi!" she chirped sort of unsure of what to say. Glancing at Kage, she noticed the book in his hands. "Was that YOU that caused the wind?" she inquired, looking back up at the dark one.

*ACK! I'm unsure of what to write! CRAP-A-DOODLE-DOO! Someone else take over! XD*

As Nozomi approached and stopped next to Itagura, naturally she took a step back. The way this girl presented herself, Itagura already determined she would probably be too much for her liking. She studied the girl, her dark eyes gaining in as much detail of the strange girl that held the scent of a kind of canine. But she didn't find this person as kin or anything, Itagura knew what she was... now about this creature, what was she?

She stood stiffly and after a moment nodded to her, a kind of friendly gesture so not to appear too rude to her. She was new to this town, and didn't want give the wrong impression.

She watched her a little longer and then back towards the winged-boy as she noticed him, crossing her arms while her long black tail continued to sway.

*Jeez, we update too quickly*

Kage stood up and looked at the young girl. 'What the heck is with her?' He studied her for a few moments before holding up his book. "I might have, and I might not have. What's it too you, kid?"

As he spoke, Kage watched the other girl look warily at the hyper girl. 'She seems to be untrusting as well. This might be an interesting day after all.'

*might as well make a post....>.<*

Koneko opened her eyes as she heard something on the ceiling. She was up immediately, long enforced habit against the unusual taking over. She dressed swiftly, making sure of her weaponry before throwing on her long black cloak. Drawing up the hood, she exited the room she had rented for the night.

Entering the downstairs common room, she left without a word, leaving a few people blinking after her suspicious figure. Exiting the inn she had chosen, she noticed two people standing outside. One looked rather hyper and happy, the other slightly annoyed (is that the right word?) as she stood there with her arms crossed.

Koneko looked up at the roof, and blinked in surprise. A guy was standing up there, but that wasn't really what shocked her. He had wings. She quickly looked back at the others. The irritated looking girl had strange ears and a tail, while the hyper girl had a tail.

'Today may prove different from my normal routine...' Koneko thought as she glanced back up at the roof.

*How is this? [hasnt RPed in awhile] >.<*

*WOOT! MY TURN! Thank God Redfur showed up, these RPGs were beginning to die!*

In a distant forest, a ways away from the city, there was a girl resting on a treebranch. She looked about 16, with a weird purple suit with fishnets on, and an even stranger sight was that there were white tiger cubs sleeping on a branch below her. Good thing no one was around to see them.

A ray of sunlight broke its way through the canopy of leaves and pierced the young girl's eyelids, forcing her to stir and open her eyes. Ruby red orbs blinked out from behind tired eyelids. The young girl stretched silently and looked around the forest, a dazed expression on her face.

'...Where am I?' She thought for a moment, an almost bewildered expression taking over her features. Then she looked down and spotted Taihen and Taiyou, the two white tiger cubs resting on a branch below her. Her eyes softened at the sight of them. A delicate but calloused hand reached up and touched the scar over her left eye, and she frowned.

'Yep. I'm still alive.' She thought, as if the scar's presence on her face confirmed it. Sliding off the branch with a stealth most girls her age didn't have, she lowered herself to the branch her "kids" were sleeping on, and gently stroked their fur. Taihen, the boy tiger cub, jerked awake almost immediately, growling, but his fur lie flat at the sight of Thorn. It took Taiyou a little more time to fully wake up, but when she did, she licked Thorn's hand in greeting.

Thorn half-smiled in return. "C'mon," She coaxed the two. "Time to move." As one, the three leapt down to the forest floor, making little to no sound in their landing. With a nod to each of the cubs, Thorn moved forward into the forest, the cubs following in her wake.

*There, done. Redfur, you sincerely intimidate me. o_O Next!*

*Intimidating? Me? Never.*

Itagura let out a cool sigh, her tail stopped that motion and hung stiffly in the air before raising up to curl around her waist. She was becoming her old self again... she didn't look to the door as another person entered the area but her panther ears flicked in the direction of the door when it opened. "How boring.." She said, in a nonchalant tone. She rubbed the back and looked down to the ground and for a brief moment closed her eyes.

As interesting as they were, she didn't want to be involved anymore.. There were too many people around now. More then she would like.

She glanced up towards the winged-boy and looked away. "Well, I had my fun.." she said with a smirk, but her words were more to herself then anyone else around. She turned around from the small group and then began to walk off, her boots echoing against the rocky ground once more.

She needed somewhere to just sit and relax by herself. Until she felt it was the right time to leave this place.
