'sup recich-heads, my fish wanted to get on the record here at RECICHLIDUS.

I've had my 75g Oscar tank up and running for about a year now, and all the fish have been together since Oscar was a wee lad. There is Oscar "Al", firemouth "deuce", clown loach gang of 5, and a shoal of 8 giant danios.

start with baby pic, why not :) this is O and fm first days in the tank:

and 6 months later- good to show how fast these Os grow:

the clowns, they all started about 2", biggest almost 4" now, and all growing at various rates based on pecking order I think:

feeding time:

and one more, an older pic, but you can see little 4-stripe clown in there, he's low on the clown totem pole, but kinda stands out from the others:

every nite like clockwork when the tanklights first go off, all these guys dash to the top, swim like crazy and dodge Oscars chasing. On lights out, O comes straight to the top and takes shots at them, it can get loud with splashing, and it seems that he will get one for sure, but up to now all still with us. lasts a couple of minutes, but they do it every nite. Its a crazy little ritual, not sure if he's just "sparring" with them or what, but when the lights are on they swim throughout the tank right in his face.
