Health and Safety dictate I can't tell you. :loll:

My wife makes it, (I just eat it) and I can't get her to come online on a computer, When I ask her how she makes it she says I just throw in this and that,,some alien language to me

But I thing it come down to meat, onions(Lots of them, cause I like them)and whatever other veg you fancy, then add curry powder and paste (she gets this from a local Indian food store)

You mean she doens't just make it with teh sauce straight out of the can like all other scots I know?LOL

Yes, but it seems they are unsure of which parts to boil and which parts need to be thrown away. ;)

Smorgasborg today, co-worker leaving to the shimmering golden paradise called retirement.

Oyster wings
Cream cheese puffs
egg rolls
halapeno jelly and cream cheese dip
bruschetta (my contribution)
Some Ethipian vegetable dishes I didn't hear the name of
Ethiopian flatbread (like a very thin pancake cooked on one side only)
Strawberry Romain salad
chicken quesadillas
Brats with sauerkraut
cold fried chicken
macaroni salad
greek salad
tofu and veggies with a green curry sauce (best thing on the table in my vote)
wite rice
brown rice
rice pilaf
Rueben dip
Cheese cake
regular cake
dark chocolate

time for a nap, then some seconds :punk:

No she doesn't just use it out the can and doesn't use any canned sauces in any of her food, she is actually a good cook.

Yes she knows what a stove is for and puts ours to good use.

I think since none of you know her, what she makes/bakes or her background, you are not in a possition to insult her.

Yes I did.

I am up for a joke and a bit of slagging off, can give it out and take it back, but my wife is not on this forum or any other and as such should not be the victim.

Right now she looks after this house, works part time as a carer for the elderly, does her mothers house and shopping and does the same for my aunt who is recovering from a broken hip.
On her days off ( if you can call them that) she bakes cakes for the old people she goes to.

So I will not sit back and allow anyone to make her out as some kind of stupid moron who doesn't know how to work a cooker or what to keep.

Well let me offer a more complete apology.

I apologize for impunging the reputation of your wife.

The aim of my assasination was Scottish cusine in general, not your wife's cooking of curry, or anyother dish. Since I have missed my mark and instead stuck a nerve with you, I apologize to you and to your wife, I am sorry.

Sorry about that Gerry. Wasnt' intended to offend you or your wife, just british cuisine in general cause there's always been a lot of humour in that in my house but i'm sorry if it offended you.
