So now every Political Pundit is writing their Blogs about where McCain screwed up. Easy assumption is Sarah Palin
I mean maybe he selected her because he likes her legs and thought he would pull women to the Fold by those who were so desperate for Senator Hillary Clinton. But the real mistake was the Republican Party and each of those who proclaim themselves as Republicans. Why in God's Name was John McCain even nominated as the Republican Banner Carrier for a pointless cause.

You see the Republicans were killed by the current President. This election had nothing to do with John McCain or Sarah Palin, it was over four years ago when George Bush was re-elected to a 2nd Term. Well actually, it's not all George Bush's fault either because had the Democrats not chosen John Kerry as their Nominee but rather someone who actually had a chance of convincing people they would be ok under their watch, the Country would have elected to most likely send George Bush home after his 1st Term. But John Kerry oh please ... was that the best we could come up with?

I'm an advocate of Amending the Constitution to allow a President the ability to stay in Office for as long as He/She or Country wants. I mean let's say we get a President who actually does a fantastic job of pulling and holding the Country together? This person promotes prosperous growth and secure boarders. He is adored on both sides of the Aisles and fosters goodwill Internationally but after their 2nd Term, we toss him out only to get someone who turns every gain into garbage.

McCain, you should have simply had an affair with Palin and left it at that.

It's generally a good idea to understand the question before you provide the answer

I don't know. This idea is very scary to me. I believe we could just as easily end up stuck with a tyrant in this way.
