There's absolutely nothing surprising about it. If you begin to connect the dots, you then begin to see that the money which flows on Wall St. find its' way into political pockets almost every day. Just the fact that Pork was added to the Bill by Democrats in order to make it pass, tells me Special Interest have had & will have control over our how our Country moves forwards. If I get to a point where I can't pay my Bills, I'm forced to file Bankruptcy but when the Banks reach that point, the Tax Payers are forced to .what was the phrase 'Bail them out of a mess' ? Yeah that's it, bail them out of trouble. Too bad some people don't have the stomach for taking our Government to Court on how much wasteful spending is occurring in America each day. What I would like to see is the Politicians we elect decide to jump in the hole with us sometime and take a paycut. Maybe pass a Bill that limits their Departmental spending of the Ways & Means which btw allocates much funding for entertaining Foreign Dignitaries or taking expensive trips along with friends & family on our Dime. Or maybe eliminate their lifetime Insurance Plans because they can surely pay out of pocket for it. And how about Government Contracts that are awarded to associates? Americans, are not as bright as Politicians tell us we are. And the only time they tell us that is during election time. Edited by Admin, Oct 4 2008, 06:50 AM.
