Question:

If you’re a 17 yrs old, Black, unemployed high school dropout that has lived in the urban area of a fairly large city your entire 17 years, who prefers to dress in a manner that coincides with the hip-hop culture and your language is solidly typical of the culture you embrace upon finding yourself identified as participating in a store robbery, although not having been physically captured but due to the victims’ description, you were picked up several days later having been spotted by a Police Officer patrolling in his car deemed you fit the store owners recollection of the perpetrator where upon you find yourself apprehended and arrest, do you feel you will be treated with respect, considered innocent until proven guilty and subsequently obtain a fair and impartial trial in criminal court?
