Wow you guys are pretty smart and I like that because most of my friends talk about politics in general terms like, who they like because that person is a democrat or a republican. Actually none of my friends are republicans but I don't think any of them understands the concept of government spending and how that effects our lives. I wanted to join this board for selfish reasons. I read some post and saw that some people here really understood the government and I really would like to learn more about it. I'm still young enough to go into political science if I begin to think I can succeed. I have confidence when I talk in front of crowds as long as I know what I'm talking about. If I asked how do you guys learn so much about politics, you're going to tell me to read and read and read. But I get confused by what I'm reading.
I mean, depending on who wrote the book or article, I'm reading one point of view.
So my question is, where should I start if I wanted to think about a career in politics?
I believe a Vote for Hillary Clinton is a Vote for Women's Equality
