I am totally fascinated Stonehenge and what the druids used it for, would love to someday visit the site and experience being there amongst those ancient stones, and wonder who built them and why, and also how they got those stones there |

there was an amazing programme on a while ago (near the summer solstice) about how they got the stones there, what it was used for etc. they made a reconstruction of what it would have looked like in ancient times and reconstructed a ritual did anyone else see it?i went to stonehenge a couple of years ago but we were rushed round it by the tour guide. i'd love to go again, would be wonderful on the summer solstice. |
