First up is Xbox's thing. Yes, EA and Bethesda were last night but fuck that. Xbox Media Briefing -Opened up with a reveal of the Xbox One S. That everyone already knew about. Apparently Phil Spencer also talked about the Orlando shotting. -Gears of War 4 on display first. Xbox Play Anywhere revealed. Buy supported titles digitally and you'll be able to play them on both Xbox One and Windows 10, as well as engage in full cross-platform play, including save data transfer, with just a single purchase. Uncertain if physical purchases are also supported. -Gears 4 LE Elite Controller. -General Raam announced as Killer instinct fighter. -Microsoft is, as usual, flaunting their exclusive crap. -Forza Horizon 3 is set in Australia. Supports Xbox Play Anywhere. Releases September 27, 2016. -Brief look at FINAL FANTASY XV. September 30, 2016. -Tom Clancy's The Division's first expansion, Underground, launches first on Xbox One on June 28. Because of course. Nothing wrong with pissing off the fanbase even more, huh, Ubisoft? -Xbox Live talkings now: They're adding new features, one of which is a feature that was on the Xbox 360, only to be suddenly excluded from Xbox One. The ability to play music in the background. -Three heavily fan requested features: Clubs (AKA Clans), Looking for Group (where you can find people to play games with) and Arena, a tournament feature. The latter links well with EA's new copetitive focus. -Minecraft. Getting cross-platform support. Long term goal is to link players "across all platforms." -New game from Limbo guys called Inside. I can't remember a single year to memory when I was less capable of giving a fuck than I am right now, and the fact that it's become a notorious haven for bullshots hasn't helped.
