It's how all those things are done, I got a survey for my company for an award like the one EA just won. The surveys are supposed to be confidential but who knows if EA may have influenced it.

Fabulous Homosexual Posts: 6,262 Group: Elite Member #59 Joined: November 9, 2009	The Human Rights Campaign is the big champion for LGBT rights in the nation, and EA has been very supportive of gay representation in games (mainly BioWare), and their employee treatment policies do reflect that (I looked once). While EA just sucks as a company, it's a good place to work mainly because one can work there without the fear of being judged by who you are. Walmart actually has something similar; the only real problem is that because stores are so wide-spread and managers often try to push their own agendas--as well as poor employees are too frightened to challenge them.
