BL;DR Posts: 3,493 Group: Elite Member #80 Joined: September 7, 2010	So I just heard from someone over at SSMB that some of the chests in Unity can't even be opened ingame - you need to link to an iOS app or some shit to unlock them. Seriously, what the fuck? Even if the app and the stuff it unlocks are free (and knowing Ubisoft I have my doubts about that too), why in the unholy shitbuckets would you ever even consider doing something this stupid? It's an extra step that isn't needed in a process that could always function perfectly fine without it. Even if you're going to fleece people for pointless on-disc DLC microtransactions you can still do that already without having to boot up a completely separate device. It's literally useless for anything other than a retarded inconvenience.
