Either way, I'm tired of this shit, we're past the point where one console gets preference over another when performance is near identical. If you want exclusive content, either lock your game to one console, or shut the fuck up and treat everyone the same. Both Batman and Assassin's Creed have been guilty of this practice since day one and it's getting incredibly annoying.

TIME posted their announcement article (an interview with Miyamoto, judging by the link Enzan posted) earlier than they were supposed to by accident. The article's gone now (until after the Digital Event, anyways) but as it stands, Star Fox is comint to Wii U. It's real and it's on the show floor.

HYPE TRAIN GO. --...opens with a silly doll play thing. Ok then. Kinda insane. --And then a standoff between Iwata and Reggie. BATTLE SCENE. What the fuck is going on here and why is it AWESOME?! --Ah, a Super Smash Bros. ad. MIIS ARE PLAYABLE. NFP allows Mii fighters to transform into/summons characters like Mario mid-battle. --Sakurai talks about this further. Basic customisation looks possible. Is possible through three classes: Brawler, Swordfighter and Gunner. --Highlights of the 3DS version. Kid Icarus Uprising's Insanity system appears to be implemeted in some way. --3DS version releases October 3. AKA delayed. Wii U during the holiday period. --Reggie reveals the NFP series. Offically known as Amiibo. Mention of Skylanders Trap Team, among other games (possibly as refence to how it already uses an NFC system). Smash Bros. Wii U will be the first Amiibo supported title. --Mario Kart 8 will recieve an Amiibo patch later on. --New games now. On to developers, to talk about their games. First up is... Takashi Tezuka and a guy from Good-Feel (I forgot already). Yarn Yoshi is the topic here. Basically Yoshi's Island with a yarn overlay. Two players can play together. One player can eat the other and then throw them to reach new areas. Title is Yoshi's Wooly World and will release in 2015. --Captain Toad gets his own game! So those puzzle levels from 3D World have been expanded to a whole game. Captain Toad's Treasure Tracker. Holiday 2014. --Skit with Bowser and Peach. Seems very Robot Chicken-ish. --Eiji Aonuma on Zelda, now. Talks about the evolution of the series. Now for Zelda on Wii U. The game world is huuuge. Everything that can be seen can be travelled to. Look at it! ENEMIES WITH LASERS?! Coming in 2015. Seems to be more futuristic in nature, but uses the Wind Waker artstyle. --POKEMON. Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Mega Groudon and Mega Kyorgre. --'Nother skit with Fox and Little Mac. AND NOW BAYONETTA 2! Legend of Zelda costumes. AND BAYONETTA THE FIRST WILL COME WITH THE GAME. SEECO. --Hyrule Warriors, now. Talk about the game. Two players. Obviously. Playable characters currently include: Link, Zelda, Impa and Midna. Looks totally awesome. September 26. --New game! Kirby on Wii U! He rolls everywhere in this one. Kirby and the Rainbow Curse. 2015. --Off to another game now. MonolithSoft! Story trailer. Lots of focus on the mechs. Xenoblade Chronicles X. 2015. --Mario game now. Mario Maker. Build NES style Mario courses. And New Super Mario Bros. style courses, too. Launches 2015. --So many Wii U games. It's a miracle! New game this time. Splatoon. 8 players, 4v4, online action. Paint the world to win. Players can transform into squids and swim through ink. Your speed increases when on your own ink, but you'll be slowed down when on enemies' ink. You can tap on your allies' icons on the GamePad map to instantly leap to their location. Looks awesome. --Gameplay preview. Score points by blasting your enemies with ink. This looks like an awesome take on this kind of game. Launches in 2015. --So, that's it. Finishes off with a Smash Bros. teaser. In anime style! Link vs. Pit. Oh look, Palutena's a playable character now! --And now Miyamoto's on screen.
