Flag immediate priority to testing in the lab and so on. This could've saved some trouble. I guess at least they had the page in their Material Safety Data Sheet binder for that chemical, as required by law. I guess that was the least they could do, even though that's more for compliance with worker safety and not environmental controls. They run along the lines of congratulations, you have accidentally exposed yourself to X chemical. Don't panic. These are the harmful effects of said chemical and what first aid is recommended/seek immediate medical care. The "How not to Die" book.
