Also, this is the first time since the inception of Kickstarter that I've actually seen the pledge money go up IN REAL TIME. O: EDIT: A $900 000 goal for an indie game? Seems a bit steep, though I don't doubt that they'll reach that goal within the allotted 30 days.

This is a proud day for all of gamingkind. @Seeco: I discussed this with my PSO2-mates, and thankfully, it doesn't seem likely: since Mighty No. 9 is derived from Megaman, but not necessarily plagiarizing it, Crapcock would be hard-pressed to be able to shut it down. Similar reason why Sega hasn't dropped the hammer on Freedom Planet, in spite of its obvious aesthetic and gameplay inspirations. Edited by Kay G. Radley, Sep 2 2013, 09:54 PM.

And, before we forget, they did it to Lab Zero back in April, so the comany's head found himself unable to pay his employees for woking on that extra content for Skullgirls.
