Posts: 17,366 Group: All Powerful Deity Member #1 Joined: December 30, 2005	I don't think Egoraptor is that heavily involved in the project and the kind of feedback I've been reading from individuals/bands that will be featured on the thing seems to suggest it's legit. Also, I only count 6 chip artists in comparison to the majority of cover bands and composers. From what I know, most of the money will go towards either getting ahold of these artists or travelling expenses TO get ahold of said artists.

Some of these are old and have already been funded, but it doesn't hurt to shine the light on them: ReVeN Paradise Lost: First Contact Axiom Verge Ghost Song: A Journey of Hope Beyond Human (Kickstarter) Might want to take a special look at that last one as it's heavily inspired by Metroid, Megaman and Devil May Cry. Some of the skins they offer for backing the project are very indicative of that. EDIT: Decided to back my first Kickstarter and funded Beyond Human. Aside from that, I also threw some money at Shantae: Half Genie Hero through Paypal. Yes, it's still going, and they've gone past the $900K stretch goal, meaning bonus characters for play. The $1M and $1.2M stretch goals will add bonus chapters to the game, and the $1.1M and $1.3M will throw in voice acting and animated cutscenes respectively. I'd honestly just be fine if we got all story/gameplay content, so if you've got spare cash, don't hesitate to fun this!
