The Winds of Change Posts: 1,254 Group: Elite Member #11 Joined: March 7, 2007	Fuck you, we're playing Monopoly and I'm the banker. Pick your fucking pieces. Everyone gets $1500, and we play the rules as intended. No silly house rules, just roll your dice, buy, auction, or rent from the space you land on, and then everyone and their mom can figure out if they want to mortgage property or buy and sell buildings, as well as make trades and negotiations. We good? We good? We good. How this is gonna work is that you use the roll command from the tag menu to roll 2d6, and then you move around the board to the appropriate space. You decide what to do at your space, and then you finish off your turn, and maybe roll again if you got doubles. What you do on your turn: 1. Decide if you want to trade crap or sell things or whatever 2. Roll the dice 3. Figure out where your piece lands and then work out whether you're buying, auctioning, paying rent, or drawing a card UNLESS YOU GO TO JAIL, THEN FUCK RIGHT OFF and I guess if you pass GO without going to jail, you can pick up $200. 3a. If you're buying, just pay the cash and I'll put up the deed card as an image or ascii, whichever is less of a pain in the ass. 3b. If you're auctioning, just assume that every auction starts at 10% of the sale price. Everyone can banter back and forth until someone makes a high bid, at which point, if nobody posts for 12 consecutive hours after the bid is made, the person gets the property. 3c. If you're paying rent, I assume you know how to read cards and pay rent. 3d. If you're drawing a card, just wait and I'll pull out a card for you. 4. Buy or sell houses, mortgage stuff, or trade with people. Or in whatever combination, whichever works for you. 4a. Mortgaging gives you half the cash value. Paying off your mortgage requires you to pay 55% of the cash value, rounded up. 4b. House costs are listed on the deeds, houses sell for half. 5. If you rolled doubles, roll again. If you roll three sets of doubles, fuck you, go to jail. Okay, we good now? We good? Huh?
