And, I'm too lazy to find a link, but you guys missed this bullshit from Square: FFXV and KH3 are launching on Xbox One, too. I'd say something like "did you fuckers not learn from the 360 ports of FFXIII and XIII-2?" but last I checked, both the PS4 and Xbox One are using super Blu-ray discs that can hold 50 fucking gigabytes of data. I'm still not touching the Xbox One. There isn't anything on there yet that I give a shit about. And hopefully never. PS4 and Wii U for me! On the Nintendo side, fucking excitement everywhere! I was initially disappointed by the reveal of Super Mario 3D World, but now I want it. FOUR PLAYER MULTIPLAYER. AND PEACH IS PLAYABLE. SO SHE'S NOT GETTING KIDNAPPED. ...what the fuck are you doing, Bowser?

Since we already know the results from the 360/PS3 shindig, the only games that'll take full advantage of the PS4 are the bloody exclusives. The multiplatform titles will just look the same, for reasons that I fail to understand.

The tl;dr: it's a hell of a lot easier to port a game built for a weaker system onto a stronger one without having to change a thing, than it is to port a game from a stronger system onto a weaker one and have to tweak and tone down a ton of shit to make sure you can lock it at at least 30fps. That being said I hear the PS3 architecture was kind of asinine to develop for in comparison to the 360, particularly as far as the CELL was concerned - this time around they're both using the same chips, so porting should be a lot less troublesome than last time. While we're on the subject, am I the only one who's bothered that these lists never mention the fucking ridiculous 3 gigs of RAM the Xbone's OS needs to operate? My computer can run close to 1.5 sometimes and still have access to all the LOLOLZ SOCIAL MEDIA focuses the Xbone insists on running simultaneously, so I'd really like to know what exactly they did to make a console OS run even less efficiently than a PC one.
