The price does seem to be low as well, but it doesn't look like they are offering anything "revolutionary" so maybe that's a good thing. At the same time, however, will it bring Sony out from its horrible credit rating and its colossal debt? It has to, or else Sony is out. It's rather interesting. Microsoft might be out for making a console that works against the players. Sony might be out for making a console that didn't save them financially. I feel like it's a race to the gates of hell. Only one gets in.

So was the first one. The shooter-heavy bottlenecks were actually EA's idea anyway from what I hear, so either way, if on no other point you're right to suggest there's something to be worried about. Nearly all the enemies I saw in the trailer were melee-focused though (they were armed with riot batons instead of pistols), so it's a reassuring start. They just have to make sure to keep Origin away from it.

Knowing full well disappointment will ensue. But yeah, at least there's less guns. Hopefully you don't even have to pick one up. I doubt it though.

Sony Ninty MS As for the server security issue, I believe that's why the gaming is going behind the paywall, so some of the PS+ money can be funneled to securing everything. I know, but it was the last good game they made. Right after this, they jumped into Battlefield 3 and things have been going south since then. Battlefield used to actually be a good franchise before it just became another staple of how EA thinks the industry should work. Also, it will have Origin.
