Yes, they actually said that live. - Desperately trying to convince people the Vita isn't performing horribly right now. - God of War 1 & 2, Flower, Dead Nation, Walking Dead, Doki Doki Universe, Killzone Mercenaries, Tearaway all getting Vita releases. - Movies and TV on Vita... isn't this what everyone was heckling the Xbone for? - Puppeteer and Rain announced. Didn't catch which platforms, Vita I think? - Beyond: Two Souls. - Gran Turismo 6. More generic racing fluff. - Batman Arkham Origins. I think we already knew everything we needed to know here. Except now he has a DLC Adam West and 1960s Batman costume. - GTAV. Now people are starting to get pretty excited. Also announced GTAV branded headset and a PS3 bundle. - They finally showed the design of the PS4... people are saying it looks exactly like the Xbone. Except smaller. linky - Movies and TV got brought up for PS4 now. Ugh. What happened to that quote they said at the start? - "Let's talk about games"... then they bring up Social Media. People in the stream are getting really impatient. - 20 first party games are being made for PS4's first year. 12 are new IPs. - The Order - 1886 is revealed, some kind of steampunk zombie shooter. Everyone's brains are full of fuck. - Killzone. Releasing day one. NEXT! - Knack and Drive Club, also releasing day one. Why didn't we get any release dates for Xbone games, come to think of it? - Infamous: Second Son. We knew about this back at the original PS4 reveal. At least this time it was gameplay. Releasing Q1 2014. - The old man from the reveal techdemo got shown again. Something hilariously unexpected happened after that, but nobody who watched the stream said what exactly. - Indie section starts with the makers of Bastion making a new game. Transistor I think it was? Expect a PS4 release. - "Indies can self-publish their own content". Back to taking jabs at Microsoft, but at least they're actually acting on it this time. - Don't Stave, made by the guys behind Mark of the Ninja. Mention of the guys behind Scott Pilgrim making a new game, too. - Octodad. "Giant Enemy Crab" joke is made. - Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee? Going to assume it's a port. - Final Fantasy Versus 13. It's alive! - Final Fantasy XV. It's not turn-based! - Kingdom Hearts 3. - FFXIV coming to PS3 and 4. - Assassin's Creed 4. Suffered technical difficulties. Whoops. At least this was actual gameplay as opposed to a fucking trailer. - Watch Dogs. Gameplay shown. You can blackout the whole of Chicago via hacking. - Sports. Uh, I guess they're covering their bases? - Elder Scrolls Online for PS4, aka that one MMO nobody really wanted. - A Mad Max game? Everyone literally thought it was Fallout 4 at first. The developers of Just Cause are making it. - 140 PS4 games currently in development. - No used game DRM. THUNDEROUS CHEERS. - No online connection required. The audience is still going fucking crazy. - PSN+ is less than 5 bucks a month... but basic online is behind the paywall now apparently. - Destiny got shown. People are saying it looks like a Judge Dredd game. - Still ongoing apparently! I'll be back with more I guess. EDIT: or not... conference ended not long after the price point Havoc mentioned. Sony's been head-in-ass for years. The hack scandal is just my issue because I prize corporate responsibility, and Sony (and in recent cases Microsoft, although I just call that very poor judgment) has not displayed it in the past years. Their response (or lack there of) was just the straw that broke the camel's back. They've got a ways to go before I get a PS4 or any successor.
