That would be Rusty's Real Deal Baseball, which has been out on the US eShop for at least two weeks now. It is fucking terrible.

 Yes. Someone did. I posted about it in the Now Playing topic (under its Japanese name) but it's a collection of baseball minigames that - aside from the first one which is given to you as part of a tutorial - all have to be purchased via microtransactions. You can barter items collected in the minigames to lower the price (possibly making the minigames free) but chances are you will have to still pay some actual cash to keep progressing.

What makes this worse? It's a Nintendo first party game. Even those guys aren't safe from the corrupting evil of DLC and microtransactions.

 1.Resident Evil - 61 million units. - Shit since 5, this series has absolutely no hope.
2.Street Fighter - 35 million units. - Shit since 4 and their crossover games have been equally shitty. Also, trying to curry fans' favour by re-releasing old shit then taking it away just really blows.
3.Monster Hunter - 28 million units. - Only redeemable thing on this list, but I have this nigling feeling they're going to botch it at some point.
4.Devil May Cry - 13 million units - Shit since 4, but the reboot takes the cake.
5.Dead Rising - 7.5 million units. - Shit since 2, especially with how they whored it out with constant re-releases and gyping the PS3.
6.Lost Planet 5.6 million units. - Shit since 2 and the first game, while a great idea, was kind of weakly executed.

Fucking Capcom, seriously, just die in a fire.
