Meet the Pyro was pretty boring, IMO. I enjoyed that fan-made one from a year or two ago far more. |

Yesterday, there was a Sleeping Dogs-themed update that added four new weapons and some new cosmetics. All based on the Chinese Mafia. The weapons: The Neon Annihilator (Pyro Melee) 100% critical hits vs. wet players -20% slower swing speed No random critical hits The Flying Guillotine (Scout Secondary) Throw at your enemies to cause bleed! Long distance hits cause mini-crits! 100% critical hits vs. stunned players No random critical hits The Huo Long Heatmaker (Heavy Primary) Sustains a ring of fire while deployed 6 ammo per second consumed while deployed The Red-Tape Recorder (Spy Sapper) Reverses enemy building construction -100% sapper damage penalty |

The heavy's weapon makes dispensers and anything near them totally spyproof, the spy sapper is bugged so that every time it is removed and the sentry is upgraded back its max health increases to potentially ridiculous levels and there's a whole load of clipping issues with the spy in general Oh well, the models are nice Edited by Jacquerel, Aug 3 2012, 10:53 PM.

Wow, that's an issue. Griefers will love having the ability to turn enemy sentries into goddamn tanks and some poor sap who just wants to use the weapon but isn't that good at playing Spy is going to wonder why it keeps getting harder for his team to destroy that building. Also had a chance to poke around Kong King last night, though I did need to employ Nav_Generate to get the bots going, and found that it's got a lot of small hallways and is generally more enclosed than the average KotH map. This is far from a bad thing though. It gives you plenty of ways to approach the CP, and plenty of ways to flank the enemy or catch your breath. The urban environment is a refreshing change of pace too, and I hope to see an even greater variety of locations later. As for that tidbit, I imagine they're posting that because they're getting ready to unveil who that third life-extending machine is for. I'd also bet my Unusual that this Grey will be the source of those mecha mercenaries, and that he's looking to usurp his brothers. |

Remember the Last Will and Testament of Zephaniah Mann? The one from Halloween 2009? It's been fully revealed. |

I love Valve's comics, they're almost as wonderful as their movies. Spoiler: click to toggle

It probably isn't. Remember, The Administrator secretly runs both RED and BLU. Blutarch and Redmond are most likely just figureheads at this point. |

You know how you can put AI bots on a team for target practice or to keep a team even? The current stock-only flesh AI bots should be swapped out for these. Mostly because they actually look somewhat competent. |

These bots are designed so that you can kill a horde of them with six people That doesn't sound super competent to me |

Just got kinda got caught up with all this, minus the announcer and the muscle man, the other basics and this new thing seem like it'll make for some interesting play. |
