The Winds of Change Posts: 1,254 Group: Elite Member #11 Joined: March 7, 2007	Here's how this works: I post up 5 different synopsizes of plots of various movies, games, books, what have you, and list what medium it's from. It's your job to figure it out. You get three days to post your answers. After that, I will post the answers and choose the person with the most correct to take my place. We then continue like this until infinity. Let's begin. 1. [Game] You blaze down the world's longest road, straight through Europe, while competing against hundreds of other racers for the best time. After making it to the finish line with absolutely no time left to spare, you are revealed to be a woman as you are handed your trophy. 2. [Movie] A man from another world finds himself on an alien planet rich with a bountiful resource, one that the aboriginal people do not wish to part with. The man finds himself on the run from people like his own and is driven to live with the aborigines, people associated with the color blue who initially distrust the man despite an omen that tells of his potential greatness. The man learns to become one like them, to ride beasts like them, and to join in the great collective consciousness that only their people know about. The man becomes betrothed to one of the aborigines, and He eventually becomes a great leader amongst the aborigines and leads them against those that would dare to fight against them and take their resource, and eventually he wins in a one-on-one one-sided knife fight that decides the fate of the world. 3. [Movie] Hadley may have been a hopeful man, but not even he would have expected his entire colony to be wiped out so quickly. How could they cut the power, man? 4. [Game] You need the power to eat what's already dead. 5. [Play] If he looks like Boris Karloff...it's because he is! His brothers can sometimes be more crazy than he is, but otherwise they're completely normal compared to their aunts. If the ladies ask you to drink their wine, just say no!

Posts: 17,366 Group: All Powerful Deity Member #1 Joined: December 30, 2005	I figured you would have made it misleading on purpose, there's no way it could have been that obvious plus you picking something relatively new is impossible. :P 1) [Book] As the last of his people, what could one legionary hope to do against a galactic overlord? 2) [Game] Attila was only the begining, a beacon to those that would dig below the surface and find a civilisation that others would never dream of seeing. 3) [Game] A young prince from a lost civilisation must regain the power of the ancients to slay the man who stole everything from him...including his face. 4) [Book] In a universe conquered by an oppressive race of narcissists, one slave shall rise up and break the shackles binding her, rallying together the other races in a revolution against their tyrranical overlords. 5) [Movie] A woman reflects on her life as a young girl in an opressed and repressed society that put her and her family through turmoil. She rejects her society openly, prompting her family to send her abroad, where she sees the other extreme, of a completely liberated, yet superficial society that seems to hold no morals. After being traumatised by many events, including the worsening condition of her homeland's state of affairs, she comes to terms with life and chooses to follow her own path, not being held down by the oppressive norms her society has enforced upon her. She eventually leaves her home permanently, choosing to tell others of her story to spread awareness.
