Kinect can now efficiently copy the features of the player to the avatar with stunning accuracy, with hair style and even moles. Cloths are also copied. That could be fun. Features 3D image editing with finger tracking. Will upload images to Kinectshare.com. Digital remastering of real world objects. Apparently it's out now. --Kinect Sports: Season 2, the answer to Wii Sports. Featuring the new previously mentioned Kinect motion tracking. We have a choreographer on the dance floor to demonstrate with some good dancing. --Don Mattrick is back on. Reiterating the Bing search and new Kinect interface for the next NXE. They seek to be the #1 best selling console globally. --Conference ends with the true following up to Halo 3, Halo 4, coming in Fall 2012. And that's it. Personally, it started strong, but choked about half-way through. Focused on Kinect heavily, but not a lot of hardcore games for traditional controls. I hope Mass Effect 3 will have controller support. |

Tomb Raider isn't a prequel, it's a complete reboot of the series focusing more on actual survival in the wilderness and dependancy on available resources to craft items/make food/whatever. It's going to be a lot darker and more realistic as opposed to having guns with unlimited ammo and killing T-Rexes...which wasn't bad, but this is pretty awesome in itself. I don't see how it started strong though, the only highlights throughout the entire thing, from what you mentioned were Gears and Mass 3. Tomb Raider isn't an exclusive, so it's not going to sell any consoles, but the other two are. Everything else is just Kinect this and Kinect that. Microsoft must really be hurting from lousy sales if they're trying to push it onto people at E3 and forcing compatibility with every game that's coming out next year. :P But yeah, kinda meh-worthy though I never expect much from Microsoft's shows. EDIT: Halo 4 looks like it's going to be interesting, I'm just glad it's getting back on track and that Bungie isn't raping the franchise anymore. I'll reserve judgement until there's some gameplay and more on the plot though. |

LOL KINECT. I'd like to see Microsft/Xbox Australia give us our voice-recognition stuffs for Kinect first, before any games that actually support the feature. Why does Microsoft's search engine have to be called 'Bing'? That name is still lame in my head, I preferred when it was called 'Live Search'. Just sayin'. And a new Fable game, whoop dee fucking do. Molyneux put me off the franchise as a whole after what I discorved in Fable II. "PLAY OUR GAME OR YOU'LL BEV+COME CORRUPT FOR NOT DOING SO LOL" Fuck you Peter. So yea, there appears to be nothing interesting for me in the least here. I'll watch the video later, just to make sure. |

Ahem. Not sure how that went unnoticed. This year's E3 for Microsoft was even more of a train wreck than last year's otherwise, and that's really saying something. Edited by Eternally Fallen, Aug 11 2011, 09:10 AM.

I'm pretty sure I mentioned that.
Sure, it wasn't much of a mention, but what more needed to be said? |

I think BL might've been commenting on the fact that no-one else commented on it after you listed it, or summin'. I really should play more Minecraft, though. Especially since I actually bought the damn game XD |

Don't like Minecraft, so I didn't really bother with it. Also, the only good Fable game was the first one anyway and anything it tries to do, some other open world game has already done better. Also, stop trying to turn it into The Sims, it's not helping. |

Coming out of the woodwork to agree with this. I really, really do not like the direction Fable is taking. In their efforts to make the series more accessible, they're ruining what made the game great to begin with. But yeah, other than Halo 4 and Mass Effect 3, nothing particularly special here. I'm a little sad at the lack of Skyrim content. |
