Also, California courts (I think) came out and made the legal ruling that if the used game has an extra component (IE Online Pass), the highest price of the used game must be the cost of the title new with the extra component price subtracted. IE: New Game = 50, with an online pass that costs 10 if the game is bought used Used game price must be below 40.
