Not to mention it wouldn't surprise me if the decision was ultimately Konami's to make, anyway. MGS is basically their sole remaining consistent moneymaker, so chances are they caned Kojima right back in and told him to make them some fucking money whether he wanted to or not. Maybe they should spend more time fixing the PC port of their mainstream DOA first. Also, charging a full game's price for DLC shouldn't be a legitimate business strategy. ]:< |

I honestly like the games. I have Dimensions on the 3DS, which is amazeballs, and from what I played of 5 during its primary release, it was fine tuned to near perfection. That's why I was ecstatic that it was finally coming out on a console I actually owned, so much so that I pre-ordered it. |

I also played Dimensions. The gameplay was good, but it felt bare-bones when it came to features, at least compared to the last DOA game I played (2). |

I'm not so sure, it felt like it had everything 4 had, feature wise, from tag battles, to survival. It probably has the deepest story mode of any games preceding it though. Still hate the fact that trophies/costumes were locked behind spotpass distribution that are essentially lost forever because they stopped doing them. |

A few people I know are expecting it to be more of a remaster, like X/X-2 HD Remaster, rather than a full blown remake. But whatever it is, I'd probably get in on that. Never did play XII. |

XII was good, but it was the furthest thing from Final Fantasy it could possibly be. Here's hoping this one gets ported to Steam too. |
