Nevermind that Call of Duty is already supposed to be a cinematic experience, and that trying to make a movie of that would just get lost in the hundreds of other jarhead, hoo-rah, US military VS indiscernible sand people movie out there. Skylanders though? Make a half decent animated TV show and you'll probably have something profitable and (hopefully) quality made.
