This explains a lot. People who don't understand games or technology shouldn't be at the top. |

It's not just about technology, Havoc, this is unfortunately an inherent problem with all big Japanese businesses. Management favours seniority and seniority dislikes change. This is a culture of people who LITERALLY work themselves to death sometimes, and has a completely different critical thinking process to the Western mind. Whereas if someone were to give you a task with constraints, you're more likely to think outside the box and to try to beat those constraints by finding ways around them. Eastern critical thinking will try to find ways to flourish from within those constraints, never deviating beyond them. Western thinking can be direct, blunt and straightforward, whereas Eastern thinking prefers to have undefined ideas, things that are open to interpretation and that favour "multiple truths". It's a very interesting subject to ponder, there's quite a few papers/studies on the issue but, here's a pretty thorough summary on the matter. Things are changing, but very slowly. It's a difference in culture and, in this case, it's a mixed bag about being a hindrance to progress, but maintaining the safest and most sensible stance on something without any losses. Some people just don't see merit in taking risks. |

Dude, why the hell hasn't anyone scrapped these stupid animatronics yet? Are they actually haunted/supernatural or are people just stupid? |

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=381852545 Thirty years after Freddy Fazbear's Pizza closed it's doors, the events that took place there have become nothing more than a rumor and a childhood memory, but the owners of "Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction" are determined to revive the legend and make the experience as authentic as possible for patrons, going to great lengths to find anything that might have survived decades of neglect and ruin. At first there were only empty shells, a hand, a hook, an old paper-plate doll, but then a remarkable discovery was made... The attraction now has one animatronic. |

Good to finally see a FNAF in full 3D for a change, even if most of the anims are going to be broken down and decrepid by now. Speaking of that... thirty years? From when? Because even if you start from the Bite of '87 that still lands us a good two years from now. Who wants to bet Golden!Bonnie isn't going to be the only anim in this game |

Since we've established that the Freddy Fazbear's Pizzaria's owners are criminally incompetent I would bet money that more animatronics get revived as time goes on. I'm now really curious as to who 'he' is now, because that kind of terminology came up a LOT in the first two games. |

If the second game was any indication, I'm willing to be "he" was the serial child killer or the Marionette.

Valve's economist is Greece's new finance minister. Bioware Gives Out Dragon Age: Inquisition's Tavern Songs For Free The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past Comic to be Reprinted This Year That last one's a doozy; the original trade paperback of the comic is either never available or usually going for pretty high prices. Note, the comic printed in Nintendo Power is NOT the same as the manga that was released a little after (and is also available separately or part of a bundle with the other Zelda mangas). |

That reminds me, there's a cartoon floating around Youtube that adapts the mango's story, with Todd Haberkorn (Ling from FMA and Android 19 in DBZ Kai) as Link and Kira Buckland (Marie in Skullgirls and Kuroyukihime in Accel World) as Zelda. It's pretty neat. |
