The blog post the link leads to is a general dialogue, not just about piracy, but about the development process of a game. Yet, this was all in reference to Lab Zero's, the developers of Skullgirls, commitment to the community and their constant rapport with said community. It is essentially a topic about Skullgirls and should have probably gone in the appropriate thread. Your evidence is weak, Herr Wright, would you like to try something else?
