 Easily! Or at least I found it easy enough. You touch the touch screen and sweep it over enemies to lock onto them and release to fire, or keep it on them if you're using the laser.

 Damn, I remember magazine previews saying humans were playable, but it's pretty cool seeing it in action. This is a pretty interesting piece of history and, for as bad a game as Primal Rage was, it was still nifty in concept.
