Most of the time they're bots that'll automatically soft-delete posts when they receive a certain number of user reports and add a warn to the user's tally, irregardless of the actual context between the post and the reports. So it's entirely possible that the system was being played by varying amounts of butt-hurt fanboys, or even worse still, possibly trolls who realize that despite Nintendo's insistence to the contrary there's almost no actual punishment for false reporting. Good on Yoshida for being able to take the piss about it, but while I like the hell out of Miiverse it also deserves every ounce of ire it gets over these stupid bans, because they are a massive problem that persists across the entire community that Nintendo has done absolutely nothing about ever since it originally launched.
