That shit should be on the fucking disc, not sold as a $5 add on. May have already been posted a while ago, but we all know that localisation is (unfortunately) not "flick of the wrist" easy. XSEED Games' producation assistant, Brittany Avery, outlines a fair amount of the effort that went into localising the recently released Rune Factory 4. I honestly don't remember that correctly anymore. Game review shows started off as enthusiastic, relatively honest, not bullshit, and then the quality went downhill from there and never recovered. I don't even bother to look in on G-4 anymore.
