The 360 can't read it any more and there's no way to extract the data. So I have to buy a new HDD and start every single game over from scratch. The new one is 320 GB, as opposed to 250 GB. Been slowly redownloading all my crap, but have only really played Reach, as all info is stored on your Xbox LIVE profile, or on Microsoft's servers. One of the two.

I'm hoping it's the next step for next generation's consoles.

Mostly due to paranoia coming from servers crashing and losing their data. And, Arem? This achievement race?
