I played on Easy my first run though so I could get reacquainted with the controls. Halo: Reach (360) "An Elegant Weapon" (10) --Killed 10 enemies in a Firefight or Campaign session with the DMR. "Doctor, Doctor" (5) --Used a Health Pack to replenish life after taking body damage. "Dust And Echoes" (10) --Completed the 8th mission on Normal or harder. "I Didn't Train To Be A Pilot" (10) --Killed 3 of the anti-aircraft batteries during the 8th mission. "I Need A Weapon" (10) --Completed the 4th mission on Normal or harder. "I See You Favour A .45" (10) --Killed 10 enemies in a Firefight or Campaign session with the M6G pistol. "Into The Howling Dark" (10) --Completed the 7th mission on Normal or harder. "KEEP IT CLEAN" (5) --Killed 7 Moa during the 2nd mission of the Campaign. "Make It Drizzle" (10) --Purchased an item from the Armory. "Protocol Dictates Action" (10) --Completed the 3rd mission on Normal or harder. "Send Me Out... With A Bang" (10) --Completed the 10th mission on Normal or harder. "Swap Meet" (10) --Traded weapons with an AI ally in Campaign. "That's A Knife" (10) --Performed an Assassination on an enemy. "The Soldier We Need You To Be" (25) --Completed the Campaign on Normal difficulty. "The Start Of Something" (15) --Reached the rank of Corporal in the UNSC. (I love the fact that you don't have to play online to rise in the ranks.) "They've Always Been Faster" (25) --Cleared the 2nd mission without setting foot in a drivable vehicle. "This Is Not Your Grave" (10) --Completed the 9th mission on Normal or harder. "To War" (10) --Completed the 5th mission on Normal or harder. "Two Corpses In One Grave" (25) --Killed 2 vehicles at once with the Target Locator in the 3rd mission. "We're Just Getting Started" (10) --Completed the 2nd mission on Normal or harder. "You Flew Pretty Good" (10) --Completed the 6th mission on Normal or harder. "Your Heresy Will Stay Your Feet" (25) --Killed the Elite Zealot before he escaped during the 5th mission.

Fabulous Homosexual Posts: 6,262 Group: Elite Member #59 Joined: November 9, 2009	Playing through the campaign, working on Forge, and even watching theater recordings gives you credit score. These credits act as your currency to buy money in the Armory, but also serve in part as XP. The more gross credits you earn, the more you will level up. So if you buy anything, you don't level down. It just keeps track of your gross income. Campaign obviously gives you a lot more since you're a lot more involved in combat there. Forge simply gives you credits depending on how long you've been working/exploring in a map. Theater gives like 200 credits, I think if you watch a movie all the way to the end. I've played through the campaign twice now, once on Easy, once on Normal. Beating the campaign also gives you a bonus. How you performed also grants you a percentage of that bonus. Simply by playing Campaign and Forge, I leveled up to a Warrant Officer in just four days of playing. EDIT: Halo: Reach "A Spoonful Of Blamite" (10) --Killed 10 enemies in Firefight or Campaign with a supercombine explosion. (Since I got this Achievement in Halo 3: ODST, I felt obliged to get the Reach version. :P)

The fact that the fucking Hunting Rifle wasn't pulling this off was bad enough. The worse bit? Having to walk right up to the bitch. At point blank range, where a single fuck up could cause you your ENTIRE health bar in a single swing. And blast her in the face with a shotgun. That...oh god that...My heart is STILL pumping, guys! I NEVER want to do that again.

"If They Came To Hear Me Beg" (25) --Performed an Assassination against an Elite to survive a fall that would've been fatal. (After failing 29 times, I did it on the 30th. Obviously, the moment is now enshrined in a screenshot and a film clip.) "Lucky Me" (25) --Earned a Triple Kill while Jetpacking in Campaign, Firefight or Matchmaking.

Your Heresy Will Stay Your Feet (25G) Kill the Elite Zealot before he escapes during the 5th mission. I thought he would've run away, if the achievement said that. He didn't run. I killed him. On Legendary. I'm so bad-ass. To War (10G) Complete the 5th mission on Normal or higher. You Flew Pretty Good (10G) Complete the 6th mission on Normal or higher. Into the Howling Dark (10G) Complete the 7th mission on Normal or higher. I Didn't Train to Be a Pilot (10G) Kill three of the AA Guns on the 8th mission. Dust and Echoes (10G) Complete the 8th mission on Normal or higher. Tank Beats Everything (25G) On a Legendary playthrough of the 9th mission, clear the Scorpion section without it blowing up. Yea. I did it. Bow before me. This is Not Your Grave... (10G) Complete the 9th mission on Normal or higher. Lemme Upgrade Ya (10G) Extend a Commendation to the Silver level. Achievements Unlocked: 5 for 360G (The next five achievements AKA excluding the rank achievement, were scored at the same time during the credits) The Soldier We Needed You to Be (25G) Complete the Campaign on Normal difficulty. Folks Need Heroes (50G) Complete the Campaign on Heroic difficulty. Gods Must Be Strong (125G) Complete the Campaign on Legendary difficulty. A Monument to All Your Sins (150G) Complete all Campaign missions. On Legendary. Alone. I feel so fucking awesome now :D Send Me Out... with a Bang (10G) Complete the 10th mission on Normal or higher. The Start of Something (15G) Reach the rank of Corporal in the UNSC. All those achievements. One single playthrough Halo: Reach's Campaign on Legendary difficulty. If that isn't an achievement, I don't know what is. I feel awesome. Naturally this means, I'm game for multiplayer awesomes now.

Done by running Campaign over and over again and the occasional Forge, offline. That last stretch from Warrant Officer Grade 3 to Captain is a pain though. Looking online, it's the biggest jump from one rank grade to the next (66,000 credits). Why is that? >.< Oh well, at least I unlocked the Scout helmet to purchase and also the old Mark V helmet to gleam over until I can unlock it and buy it.

Halo: Reach "Blaze Of Glory" (25) --Scored 200,000 points in a Firefight game. "Crowd Control" (10) --Earned a Killionaire medal in Firefight. "Firestarter" (10) --Scored 50,000 points in a Firefight game. "Game, Set, Match" (25) --Completed a Firefight set on Legendary without dying. "Heat In The Pipe" (75) --Scored 1,000,000 points in a Firefight game. All in one game too. How did I do it since I despise Legendary solo? Well, you can cheat the system BIG TIME with these Achievements. In a solo Firefight session, set your difficulty to Legendary, adjust the Spartan traits to be invulnerable, overshield x4 (if you wish), superstrong weapons and be on the RED team. Any other team will NOT work. Also, set the number of Firefight sets to 10 instead of 1. It's impossible to get a million points in one set, so you'll need a large number. I used 10 just in case. Also, make sure you have at least three and a half hours free time to do this as to get a million, you will have to grunge for time on it. Most important of all, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ONLINE FOR THIS!! That's how I got these five. I'm such a dirty, dirty cheater. I never would have known about it had I not written a guide for the Achievements for Halo: Reach. Doing some research, I came upon these invaluable tips.

Wasn't aware that those Achievements could be gotten offline (just because it doesn't say so, that doesn't mean that it is valid. Thankfully, it was.) 4. Wasn't aware of the customizable Firefight options because I didn't bother to explore them as I was more concentrated on my double-digit run-throughs on Campaign. (Hell, that's how I became Captain alone, basically) 5. Never played Firefight because of shitty-ass connection here, and no one wanted to play System Link connection Firefight. 6. Didn't start researching the other tips until I was actually writing the guide as of this past weekend. Choose one of those, if you will.
