Viewtiful Joe's Mach Speed hyper renders him invulnerable and Spencer's Bionic AAAAAAAAAARM hyper has instant startup. And Haggar is Mike fucking Haggar. I love this team.

The moves are called "Golden Fury" and "Brown Rage". I just figured they'd found some way to incorporate them into the game as victory taunts or something.
