Despite the fact that you can't move/strafe at all while shooting? That in itself is lame. And I've played the game, beat one of the bosses me mum couldn't beat for her. She died two or three times there. I had never played an RE game before. Killed it first go. Awww yea. |

It was terrible, they took a fantastically immersive survival horror series and turned it into a generic over the shoulder action game. They bastardised the story, butchered some of the best written characters in gaming, and threw in a fuckton of fanservice to please the 360's casual audience. Also, racial undertones...and I'm not talking about black zombies either. |

What were the other racial undertones and fan-service? I dunno, I prefer the "over the shoulder" style than the old style. Maybe they could've had an option to have the camera stay on one random point in space to please the old RE fans.... Honestly I never cared for RE's storyline in the first place, it was pretty generic zombie stuff, with a an evil corporation thrown in. |

That's two FUCK YEAHs from me. Loved the crack between Iron Man and Spencer, as well as "Get Over Here". I am disappointed they used the new rendition of him though, as we all know new Bionic Commando is made of fail. |

I saw some photographs over at /v/ at 4chan depicting the booth at Comic-Con they were showing the game in and it had some art of Megaman (Classic) and some others on it. It'll probably get reposted again soon, so if I can track them down, I'll post them here. Edit: Also:   Magneto and MODOK confirmed for Brawl. |

I have not played the Bionic Commando reboot, but from looking at it, it didn't look all that bad. Also, the most vocal complaint I've heard about the game is "OMGWIFEARM", and...seriously, who plays these kinds of games for story, anyway? Also, if Symbiote Spidey is any indication, we may get Re-ARMED Spencer as a bonus costume. |

Just play it and you'll see what I'm talking about. You're a fan of the original so I'm assuming you'd probably have the same opinion as me. It was just trying too hard to be srsbznz and grimdark and BROWN. Also, the controls were overly clunky, they were just a mess because Crapcom felt the need to map a command to every godamn button and make the player work their ass off trying to break their fingers just to jump. Also, hooray for Magneto, now please, let the X-Men characters stop with just these guys because we don't need anymore. |
