Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric (Wii U) With my Internet being out for a few days, all but barring me from playing most of my games (mainly because I don't like earning Xbox 360 achievements when offline as they don't get timestamps; not sure if that also applies to the One and PlayStation platforms, didn't want to risk it) I spent most of my time playing games on my phone or on the Wii U. Decided to finally give Boom a shot. First impressions aren't too bad. Combat's a little dull, but otherwise I've been having fun with it. Made it to the third area between my Wii U crashing a few times because it thinks its external keeps getting disconnected. Still don't like how they flanderised Knuckles' naivety into full-blown stupidity, but that's a complaint for the series as a whole. |

Star wars battlefront - Really beautyfull. Great single player. In multiplayer can't tell the difference who's friend or foe in the heat of battle until .5 seconds later, which is too slow to react. I'm trying to find a vehical to drive or fly, but I see none :/

Little Battlers eXperience - 3DS Like Keiji said, it's basically Custom Robo on steroids. You take the basic gameplay mechanics of Custom Robo, have larger, more open arenas, and add a metric fuckton of RPG elements into the mix. I'm not sure if this is based on the show or if the latter is true, but at the end of the day, it's Level-5, so it's awesome. |

I imagine that, given LEVEL-5's past history, the animated material is based off the game (Yokai Watch, etc.). |

Just bought Mario 3D world for the Wii U that has the cat-suits in them. Had to wait like 2 years for the price to go to $30. God damn it's way too easy And some random game called Fallout 4, someone said it was good. |

Some of the later levels are really balls up the wall challenging. That's not even counting the last, which has no checkpoints and I've yet to beat. |

Phantasy Star Online 2 (PC) Got the game installed and patched on my PC and am actually playing it again. I like how the game very excitedly announces when you get a super rare drop in combat. Very disappointed that my cool looking Talis has suddenly been obsoleted by a very dull thing called a Splein/Splain/whatever. Then again I'm just cutting things down with my Gunscissor, so yea. Which also outshines the Gunslayer, which is my favourite one handed thing. I did find a cool Sword/Shield weapon, but I can't equip it as the Force class, so that's upsetting. Same goes for the bow I found the last time i played. EDIT: Keiji's summon thing (I forget what that ability is called and yes Keiji, I recruited your AI version again, sue me) is mad cool and I want one. Also, I got three rare drops from a single run. Two of them need to be decoded, I think. The other thing I got was a pair of Dualblades. The [DUEL] Emergency Codes are fucking terrifying, too. And at one point I had to deal with two EC's at once ([AVOID] and [ATTACK]), with a third [DESTRUCTION] triggered on the other end of the map by other players. It was inasne. Tom Clancy's The Division BETA (Xbox One) I'm still not quite sure how I feel about this game. It's yet another fucking cover-based shooter, so you're like to get your shit wrecked if you're not cowering behind a chest high wall. The Dark Zone is also Souls level of unforgiving, at least at low levels. And it's fucking bullshit. And that's not even taking the PvP nature of the zone into account, where you can get gimped by other players at any time and lose all your loot. Of which your murderers can then claim for themselves. I really don't know how I feel about this as a whole. I'm sure this would be a barrel of fun with friends, but for people who primarily play solo (AKA me), it's another one of those games that fucking hates you and will try its damnedest to make your experience a living hell. And I don't appreciate that. |
