Holy shit my fingers hurt like hell. I'll probably have to replay the game because DURRHURR HARD MODE IS LOCKED.

Raining on your parade with a truckload of awkward awesomeness. Posts: 4,950 Group: Elite Member #70 Joined: November 11, 2009	Been playing both Cardfight!! Vanguard: Ride to Victory!! and Cardfight!! Vanguard: Cray Wars late at night. Cray Wars, not so much, as it runs horribly on my iPod and crahses every few minutes as a result. Thankfully, I've yet to see any loss of progress as a result. I'm hoping my data will carry over when I eventually/finally upgrade the thing. And I still suck at Ride to Victory!! as that runs off the actual card game, of which I am terrible at. I only won against Toshiki Kai (who, in universe, is one of the best Cardfighters) through sheer luck, rather than a combination of luck and skill.

It gets literally Nintendo Hard later into the game, but this is still one of the best games I've ever played. Buy the game if you haven't already.

Spoiler: click to toggle Lord Brevon's actually kind of easy once you realize he only really has one killing move. Once you learn how to avoid it (protip: jump high and backwards and DON'T FUCKING TRY TO PUNISH IT until he puts his sword back away, or if you have the energy you can simply Dragon Dash through it or away from it as Lilac), it's mostly a matter of outlasting him because most of his other attacks only do, like, half a leaf's worth of damage. I just finished my Lilac run today, incidentally. Turns out my NPC's not in the game yet, but they're still adding features in right now so I'm guessing I'll come later. Oh well, seeing my name in the credits was awesome enough.
