The graphics are great, but the gameplay so far doesn't feel as fun or as free as the other two games. No cover system (other one didn't either I think, but you could constantly heal with electricity in the past). The fire bolt things have a very delayed contact hit because the shots are so slow, but maybe that can be upgraded. Energy seems like more of a bitch to acquire now, and there's no way to tell how much health you have left. WE ARE CONFLICTED, MY FELLOW PURPLE FRAN. The health is the only problem I have. When that screen greys out, it's a frenzy of fuckery to scramble for cover only for the AI to suddenly enhance the shit out of their already pin-point accuracy. Sometimes it's better to accept your fate than run from it, it's less embarrassing that way. And those lengthy ass boss battles. They're the only thing stopping me from playing on Expert. It's growing on me now though, I just needed better powers. Yeah the AI is way too precise, even if they're a mile away. If there was a cover system, it would be so much more enjoyable though. In 1 and 2, wasn't there an option to switch which hand your power comes out of by hitting the left stick in? I tried it in this one and it didn't work.

Most of us were too confused and aggravated at it. It's got the worst game interface screen when you're playing 2 players. The tops and bottoms are both cropped off at all sides, that PLUS the screen splitting make it an unbearable eyesore. No one can tell what's going on, because too much is going on. When someone wins or looses, no one knows why. Sure if one took the time to learn the mechanics that would make it better, but it just feels like a mess right off the bat.

Everyone there was mostly a game student or game teacher, and they couldn't believe how terrible that design is. But I haven't tried 1 player, apparently I think a demo might be on the JAP psn account, I could probably try it on my own now. This is the only example I could find on youtube of the interface... He's really varied, compared to Micheal and Franklin. Those two are starting to get real boring in the switchover sense because they're always doing the same fucking thing.
