So what, you used to do the 8-bit whistle jingle?
You'll never know.

I want Enzan's autograph!

Gaist Crusher (3DS)

That's the opening for the anime, but the game uses the same footage and song, it just omits the text. It's a catchy song.

The game itself, I'm not quite sure where I stand on it. The gameplay's awesome, but it's so shortlived, since the game operates on a chapter/mission basis. Kinda like it's intended for short bursts. I've currently gone through the first six chapters and crushed the second Gaimetal boss creature, but yea.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 (PS Vita)

This plays amazingly well on the Vita, but it's kinda hilarious how they ran out of buttons, so they had to put the lock-on button on the d-pad and have the Style Action activate by tapping the screen. And Marco's a fun as hell character to play as, considering that his Devil Fruit power is a rare one that lets him transform into a blue flame phoenix.

I like it when people use the word "gay" in any context other than a homosexual one - it only proves that they have the maturity of a five year old, as if their obsession with shooters didn't already do a good job of pointing that out. It's also pretty amusing that he pointed out Skyrim considering the fact that, y'know, it's set in the bloody medival era and doesn't even have muskets, let alone generic modern firearms.

But just for fun, let's play around with his logic a bit.

game - gun = gay
game + gun = -gay
game + gun + Arem = ???

Playing Infamous Second Son.... The graphics are great, but the gameplay so far doesn't feel as fun or as free as the other two games. No cover system (other one didn't either I think, but you could constantly heal with electricity in the past). The fire bolt things have a very delayed contact hit because the shots are so slow, but maybe that can be upgraded. Energy seems like more of a bitch to acquire now, and there's no way to tell how much health you have left.

WE ARE CONFLICTED, MY FELLOW PURPLE FRAN.

The health is the only problem I have. When that screen greys out, it's a frenzy of fuckery to scramble for cover only for the AI to suddenly enhance the shit out of their already pin-point accuracy. Sometimes it's better to accept your fate than run from it, it's less embarrassing that way.

And those lengthy ass boss battles. They're the only thing stopping me from playing on Expert.
